Investigator Perkins, Sgt. Sepulvado, Deputy McGee, warrant service, CR 4827. Jamie Perkins arrested for outstanding warrant.

Sgt. Sepulvado, Deputy Mcgee, warrant service, CR 4751. Chasity Weems arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Pollard, theft; caller missing rifle scope, believes worker stole it, entered as stolen.

Sgt. Williams, Deputy Cato, attempted suicide; caller advised wife had taken about 100 pills. EMS transported female for treatment.

February 29

Cpl. Croney, scam; caller bought vehicle on Marketplace, when she realized it might be fake, seller blocked her, incident report completed.

Deputies responded to shots fired, CR 3909; during argument, suspect fired round, caller fired back. Deputies located suspect, conducted traffic stop. Caden Pruitt arrested for aggravated assault with deadly weapon, possession of controlled substance. Passenger Rashae Abercrombie charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. 

March 1 

Deputy Haley, suspicious vehicle, CR 4532; no one found in area, vehicle at the bottom of hill partially in road, towed to prevent accident.

Deputy Haley, suspicious vehicle, FM 14; while deputy speaking with driver, passenger attempted to get out and urinate. Jose Lopez arrested for public intoxication.

Deputy Nichols, civil issue, CR 2234; caller’s niece moving personal items into residence, wants her removed, caller advised to start eviction process due to subject living at residence.

March 2

Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Comeaux, disturbance, FM 69; caller advised male assaulted his mother, suspect, Tevaris King arrested for family violence impeding breathing.

Deputy Way, runaway juvenile; before deputy arrived, parents located juvenile, advised they had therapy appointment scheduled.

Cpl. Rapp, criminal trespass, CR 2935; victim stated father removed camper from his property, allowing someone else to take it, father was advised he would have to evict daughter before he can remove her property.

March 3

Cpl. Rapp, assault, Hwy. 80; victim advised she was assaulted when friend knocked phone out of her hand, hitting her in face, video of altercation provided, offense report completed.

Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Nichols, disturbance, CR 2920; parties advised altercation became physical, both settled down when deputies arrived, neither wished to pursue charges.

Sgt. Cox, Deputy Skinner, disturbance, FM 17; caller’s neighbor became upset, began tearing up his own property, male left scene, Sulphur Springs PD located subject, advised they would offer male treatment if he requested assistance.

March 4

Cpl. Croney, fraud; caller advised someone claiming to be her bank stated she had fraudulent charges, requesting money to fix issue, caller sent money, realized it was scam.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Croney, assault; victim advised neighbor sprayed him in face with pepper spray, suspect advised she was blocked in by victim, he began hitting hood of her car, then sprayed victim in self-defense, case forwarded to investigations.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Rich, disturbance, CR 1676; victim advised she got into argument with boyfriend when he flicked cigarette at her face, suspect pulled into friend’s driveway, fled on foot, suspect had active warrants, deputies unable to locate. 

March 5

Deputy Whisenhunt, structure fire; house fully engulfed, everyone able to get out of residence. 

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Croney, vehicle vs. bicycle; cyclist advised he believes vehicle driver purposely hit him, they got into physical altercation, vehicle driver did not wish to pursue charges, DPS will handle possible assault with deadly weapon. 

Cpl. Croney, theft, CR 2950; property owner advised someone broke into shed, stole tools, offense report completed.
