Sgt. Morrison, criminal mischief; three juveniles came onto property, damaged security camera, victim will provide video footage, did not wish to pursue charges.

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Pollard, Deputy Wade, warrant service, Yantis. Amanda Sullivan arrested for outstanding warrants.

Deputy Rich, suspicious circumstance, Hawkins; deputies previously came out because she found back door to residence open, reported bedding removed from bed, advised to change locks. 

January 4

Cpl. Croney, criminal mischief, Hwy. 154; vehicle’s back windshield broken out, front windshield cracked. Neighbors observed vehicle the night before, possibly victim’s ex, subject wished to pursue charges.

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Pollard, Deputy Wade, warrant service, CR 4430. Sandra Self arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Whisenhunt, Deputy Pollard, disturbance, CR 3160; parties advised they got into argument that became physical. Devan Munoz arrested for assault. 

Deputy Whisenhunt, Deputy Cato, dispute, CR 3841; female came to residence, began harassing victim, suspect Ollie Stringfellow had active warrant, placed in custody.

January 5

Cpl. Rapp, theft, CR 2920; victim advised Google made three unauthorized transactions on bank account, wished to file report to get money back. 

Deputy Comeaux, burglary, CR 1416; when property owner came home, observed side door kicked in, multiple items missing, offense report completed. 

Sgt. Williams, Cpl. Burdick, suspicious 911 call; disturbance heard in background, deputies located male with bloody lip and hands, advised argument broke out between him and wife, she then hit him, pushed him. Kaylan Halcumb arrested for assault.

Sgt. Mayer, Deputy Way, assault, Winnsboro ER; victim and husband got into argument, he pushed her down causing laceration to head, warrant filed for on husband. 

January 6

Deputy Comeaux, theft, CR 3987; when caller returned home from trip, observed three checks issued he did not authorize, notified to contact bank, report checks as stolen.

Deputy Way, traffic stop, Hwy. 154; driver unable to maintain single lane, found to be intoxicated. Jason Gilbreath arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Haley, assault; suspect fled scene, possibly intoxicated. Deputies located suspects’ vehicle, observed driver to be intoxicated, performed sobriety tests, victim did not wish to pursue charges, Braden Hathorn arrested for DWI. 

January 7

Cpl. Rapp, identity theft, Holly Lake Ranch; someone opened bank account in her name, incident report completed.

Cpl. Rapp, trespass, CR 1615; caller observed vehicle driving in pasture without permission, confronted driver, told him to leave property, incident report completed. 

Deputy Haley, Dollar General, FM 1799; employee advised they could not close store due to vehicle in parking lot. Deputy made contact with driver who advised they were having car troubles, assisted driver with getting vehicle running, she left. 

January 8

Deputy Whisenhunt, theft, FM 14; firearm missing from safe, victim did not have serial number, provided possible suspect.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Croney, disturbance, CR 1807; caller’s husband and son got into dispute that became physical, son initiated physical contact, shoved father to ground. James Mckee arrested for assault.

Cpl. Smith, traffic stop, Hwy. 37; while speaking with driver, he completed pat down where baggy of crystal-like substance located on driver. Patrick Callis arrested for possession of controlled substance. 

January 9

Deputies, runaway juvenile; deputies completed extensive search of area, dispatch received call describing juvenile walking down highway, deputies were able to locate and return juvenile.

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Pollard, warrant service, CR 1301. Kerry Richards arrested for outstanding warrant.

Sgt. Morrison, traffic stop, CR 2445; observed driver of vehicle who he knew to have active warrant. Kaiden Clanton arrested on active warrant and possession of controlled substance after deputies located crystal-like substance on subject.
