September 13

Cpl. Croney, donkey out, CR 1900; got animals back into pasture.

Sgt. Morrison, warrant service at Adult Probation. Michael Fletcher arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Rich, Deputy Cato, open door, Holly Lake Ranch; cleared residence, did not find anyone.

September 14

Deputy Pollard observed wanted subject’s vehicle; Tammy Crow taken into custody for active warrant.

Sgt. Morrison, Quitman PD, warrant service, Quitman. Maxwell Lee arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Pollard, fraud; victim contacted by company claiming to be Powerball Lottery saying she had won, victim had to send large amount of money to receive prize.

Cpl. Croney transported inmate for Mineola PD.

Sgt. Williams, Deputy Rich, Deputy Cato, fight, Lake Hawkins; subjects had fled scene. Jarvis later advised large group of kids returned to campus.

September 15

Deputy Kovic, criminal mischief, Hwy. 37; property owner believes neighbor was throwing rocks at residence, suspect denied throwing anything, incident report completed.

Cpl. Baldwin, assault, Jarvis; victim stated she had been assaulted by another student and it was handled through the school, suspect had broken agreement and was taunting victim, report completed.

Lt Milbourn, Deputy Kovic, disturbance, Yantis; male attempted to get in vehicle and leave while deputies were talking to him, then resisted officers when they attempted to detain him. Layne Glenn arrested for assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.

Lt Milbourn, Sgt. Cox, Cpl. Rapp, assault, Mineola; female advised she was assaulted by ex-boyfriend who back handed her twice. After speaking with the male, she was found to be the aggressor. Sabrina McDowell arrested for assault.

Sgt. Mayer, Deputy Comeaux, disturbance, FM 515; victim stated ex-husband showed up, assaulted her, left, offense report completed.

September 16

Sgt. Cox was notified of two burglaries at Dollar Generals in Van Zandt County. Deputies checked stores in Wood County, all OK.

Cpl. Rapp, assault, CR 1688; male began arguing with victims, hit one of the victims, swung at victim’s friend trying to break up fight, report completed.

Sgt. Mayer, Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Kovic, wreck, Yantis. EMS transported three people.

Deputy Rapp, burglary, FM 778; property owner advised someone stole truck from residence, broke into cellar.

Sgt. Mayer, Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Haley, disturbance, Lake Winnsboro; multiple parties involved were intoxicated, no offense occurred, drivers confirmed to be sober before leaving.

Deputy Haley, suspicious person, FM 515; male came to caller’s residence well off roadway claiming to have flat tire, neighbor ran him off.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Haley, traffic stop; passenger refused to identify herself, Kirstin Ramirez arrested for warrant.

September 17

Sgt. Cox, welfare check, CR 2264; EMS checked patient, APS notified.

Deputy Skinner, animal welfare check, FM 49; caller stated cows on property in poor condition. Deputy able to see only a few of the cows, follow up will be completed.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Haley, theft, Hwy. 154; caller stated someone stole items out of boat, offense report completed.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Haley, criminal mischief, Holiday Village; suspect drove vehicle into gate possibly attempting to steal something, suspect’s vehicle towed. 

September 18

Deputy Pollard, warrant service at Adult Probation. Marc Baker arrested for outstanding warrant.

Cpl. Smith, Deputy Way, armed subject, Hwy. 37. Deputies have been to this address multiple times for same subject being on caller’s property. Charles Patterson arrested for terroristic threats.

Deputies, major vehicle accident, Hwy. 154.

September 19

Deputy Cato, suspicious activity, CR 3470; property owner stated husband’s son came onto property with other people, began beating on walls, yelling at her, subjects left before deputies’ arrival.

Sgt. Williams, Cpl. Smith, Deputy Rich, suicidal subject, Hwy. 154; female locked herself in bathroom, took large number of pills, became aggressive toward deputies and was detained, flown by helicopter to receive treatment.

Deputies, welfare check; home health provider stated one of her patients had fallen multiple times during the day. Deputies unable to locate female inside residence. A neighbor advised APS came to pick up female and she was hiding inside house.
