August 16

Cpl. Croney, theft; caller advised after riding in vehicle with friend, phone missing. When caller went to bank, someone had made two deposits from account, provided suspect information, report will be completed.

Deputy Pollard, criminal trespass, Holly Lake Ranch; owner advised three people staying in house without permission. Deputy trespassed two individuals in residence, third not located.

Cpl. Rapp; caller’s husband had bond conditions preventing him from coming to residence, showed up at house, report completed.

Cpl. Rapp, theft, CR  1885; owner advised son broke into her room, stole items, wished to press charges.

August 17

Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Way, suicidal subject, FM 69; caller’s mother intoxicated, making suicidal statements. Deputies located subject, transported to receive treatment.

Deputy Smith, Deputy Way, criminal trespass, Holly Lake Ranch; same people on property who were not allowed to be there. Deputies unable to get suspect to come to door.

Sgt. Williams, Cpl. Rapp, indecent exposure, FM 2966; male with no clothes walking down road. Deputies located male laying on ground unable to answer questions, admitted using narcotics, transported by EMS.

August 18 

Deputies, terroristic threat, CR 3234; caller’s ex-wife came to property, threatened to kill him, offense report completed. 

Deputy Rapp, theft, FM 2869; victim’s boyfriend stole vehicle. Deputy contacted boyfriend, vehicle returned.

Deputy Comeaux, theft; victim paid someone for cows she saw for sale on social media, went to address to pick up cows, it was abandoned property. 

Deputy Comeaux, assault, Lake Holbrook; victim got into argument with male who pushed her, punched her in face. Deputies unable to locate suspect, offense report completed.

August 19

Deputy Skinner, theft report, CR  4150; vehicle owner stated family member possibly stole vehicle with money inside, vehicle entered as stolen.

Deputy Skinner, CR  4150, burglary; someone broke into storage building, tools missing.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Comeaux, disturbance, Lake Winnsboro. Deputies located suspect walking down road intoxicated. Jacob Williams arrested for public intoxication.

August 20

Deputy Comeaux, harassment; caller’s soon-to-be ex-husband keeps following her, sending unwanted texts, caller advised not to respond to anymore messages, her lawyer working on getting protection order.

Cpl. Burdick, warrant service. Bobby Lindley arrested for outstanding warrants.

Deputy Rapp, assault, Private Road 6994; female kicked victim’s vehicle multiple times causing damage, victim advised suspect left with friend, suspect returned, was assaulted, stated she was hit multiple times, hit with vehicle, offense report completed.

Cpl. Burdick, stolen vehicle, Hawkins; victim was threatened to give someone a ride, when he let them take vehicle, they never brought it back, owner later recovered vehicle.

August 21

Deputy Pollard, criminal trespass, Hwy. 37; male appeared to be under influence of narcotic, pipe with crystal substance located on subject. James Ellison arrested for possession of controlled substance. 

Deputies, dispute, CR  3600; three subjects fled deputies on foot into woods, female Shae Robinson located, arrested for evading. Smith County drone assisted locating other two subjects. Jerome Sevenson  arrested for evading, active warrant, other male not located, track ended at a roadway, suggesting he was picked up in vehicle.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Croney searching area of previous call, located male matching description, driving vehicle, driver Xzabior Gordan had active warrant, arrested.

Deputy Way, theft, Holly Lake Ranch; employee advised male stole multiple items from store, awaiting manager to send list of items.

Deputy Way, burglary, Private Road 7533; victim inherited father’s property, noticed someone entered residence, stole items, offense report completed. 

August 22

Sgt. Cox, fraud; victim gave someone money for medical expenses, bank advised to call law enforcement due to incident possibly being scam. 

Deputy Pollard, suspicious vehicle, Hwy. 154; store employee advised male kept coming in and out of store multiple times. Deputy met with subject who did not appear to be a harm to himself or others, criminally trespassed per store employee.

Deputies, warrant service, Holly Lake Ranch; family advised male inside residence, not coming outside. Deputies later contacted male, Stephen Martin, came out peacefully, arrested.
