Cpl. Baldwin, stolen vehicle, CR 3565; victim’s son told her vehicle taken during night was totaled, friend of victim’s son took vehicle, wrecked it, was in jail, offense report completed.

Sgt. Cox, Deputy Skinner, suicidal subject, CR 3940; subject admitted being suicidal, transported to receive treatment.

Sgt. Cox, Deputy Whisenhunt, agency assist, Hawkins; Justin Raymond had assaulted his mother, arrested for assault.

Cpl. Burdick spoke to caller who advised his mother had signed power of attorney, people sold property, did not give her the money. Deputy unable to reach victim.

Cpl. Burdick, drug activity, CR 3802; Kenneth Odum found to have active warrant, arrested.

June 1

Deputy Kovic, Deputy Whisenhunt, disturbance, CR 4510; mother advised daughter had assaulted son. Mackenzie Neal arrested for assault.

Deputy Skinner, theft, Hwy. 37; employee advised bulldozer stolen from worksite, provided vehicle information, entered as stolen.

Deputy Rapp, scam; victim bought gold bar from estate sale on CR 2954, found to be fake. 

Deputy Kovic, criminal mischief, Yantis; someone dumped nails on property, caused multiple flats, possible suspect provided, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Hughes, disturbance, CR 3978; caller’s daughter came home intoxicated, assaulted her ex-husband. Dana Fielder arrested for assault.

Deputy Hughes, criminal mischief, PR 6646; teenager doing burnouts near victim’s vehicle slung rocks, cracking windshield, possible suspect provided.

June 2

Deputy Pollard, animal bite, CR 4700; caller trying to hold neighbor’s dogs down who had gotten out and into his property, they attacked his dog, bit him, dog owner given citation for failure to vaccinate.

Cpl. Rapp, suspicious vehicle, CR 3520; observed driver slumped over while vehicle running and in drive. Joseph Nehk arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Deputy Way, disturbance, Hwy. 69; parties had conflicting stories and injuries. Erin and Dale Williams arrested for assault. En route to jail, Erin began hitting divider in patrol car, threatened Deputy Way, received an additional charge of terroristic threat of peace officer.

June 3

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, possible overdose, Holly Lake Ranch; victim advised she was given heroin by boyfriend. Samuel Webb found to have active warrants, placed in custody. Due to children being home, CPS notified.

Cpl. Cooper, assault, Lake Holbrook; friend grabbed victim by neck causing pain, suspect denied claim, case forwarded to investigations.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, major 2-vehicle fatality crash, FM 14 at PR 7816. Units assisted with vehicle extractions, traffic control due to FM 14 being shut down.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, agency assist, Hawkins; male barricaded himself in residence, threatened to blow up house. Deputies removed subject without incident.

Deputy Way, Deputy Arellano, disturbance, CR 3440; victim stated husband hit her in face, put hands around her neck. Alan Kordes arrested for assault.

June 4

Deputy Croney, criminal mischief; male drove through victim’s property, got stuck, refused to fix damages, offense report completed.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, warrant service, FM 312. Cooper observed suspect pull into residence, try to flee. Samuel Morris arrested for outstanding warrant.

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Croney, assault, FM 2869; victim got into argument, boyfriend struck her in the face causing a cut, suspect later found, admitted to assault. Isaac Crear arrested for assault.

Deputy Arellano, accidental shooting, Quitman ER; victim stated when her dogs get into her goat pen, she shoots to scare them off. One of the bullets ricocheted hitting the victim. 

Sgt. Williams, disturbance, FM 852; suspect advised he left residence because his father attempted to hit him with stick, father advised son began hitting him and he fell down, son began banging father’s head on ground. Cota Marks arrested for assault causes bodily injury.

Cpl. Rapp assisted with medical call; father stated son was swimming with face down, then stopped moving. CPR performed until victim could be transported.

June 5 

Deputy Kovic, theft, Hwy. 80; victim advised someone stole license plate off motorcycle, plate entered as stolen, case forwarded to investigations.

Cpl. Burdick, disturbance, FM 852; mother evicting daughter who became upset, broke items in residence, mother will continue eviction process.

Deputy Comeaux, illegal dumping, CR 2179; deputy observed multiple barrels in ditch containing oil, other fluids, offense report completed.

Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Comeaux, suicidal subject; victim made multiple statements she wanted to harm herself, transported to receive treatment.

Sgt. Mayer, Deputy Comeaux, disturbance, CR 3880; victims stated friend became upset, made threats. Both victims wished to pursue charges.

June 6

Sgt. Cox, traffic hazard, Big Wood Springs; trailer owner stated he had it moved off property and into road, leaving the roadway open, president of neighborhood had trailer towed to entrance.

Cpl. Baldwin, fraud, FM 312; same person has been applying for credit cards, using victim’s current credit card, victim given identity theft packet.

Lt Milbourn, Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Skinner, disturbance, CR 3148; female fired shot at boyfriend after she said he made advances, boyfriend stated he pulled a knife after being shot at. Tassajara Nichols arrested for aggravated assault with deadly weapon.

Cpl. Burdick, request to speak at Lake Holbrook; victim evicted from residence in Canton, living in tent at lake. Burdick gave victim information to Salvation Army in Tyler.
