Central Baptist Church celebrates 76 years
On Sunday Central Baptist Church of Mineola will celebrate their 76th homecoming.
Sunday school begins at 9:45 until 10:30 a.m., at which time will begin the singing and worship service. Special singers will include the Tender Mercies, consisting of Nancy and David Crim, Melinda McFarlin and Cathy Sutton.
The morning message will be given by Jim Parker. He is the brother of pastor Merle Parker and served as interim pastor while Parker was ill.
Lunch will be served at noon and at 1:30 p.m. the Tender Mercies will perform again until 2:45 p.m.
Central Baptist Church invites all friends and former members to come and enjoy the day with them.
