Stephen F. Austin names honor pupils
Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches recognized the outstanding academic achievements of 923 to the President’s Honor Roll for fall 2022. To qualify, the student must have earned a 4.0 semester GPA in 12 or more semester hours while a full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student.
The following students qualified from Wood County:

Carter Colvin of Mineola
Jessica Petty, Leo Sekour and Andrea Soldevilla of Quitman
Jared Sharber of Holly Lake Ranch
Hayden Smith of Hawkins
Another 1,500 made the Dean’s List. To qualify, the student must have earned a semester GPA over 3.5 in 12 or more semester hours while a full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student.
