Vargas selected for percussion ensemble at Harding University
Elizabeth Vargas, a child life major from Mineola, has been selected as a member of the 2016-2017 Harding University percussion ensemble.
The group, under the direction of Assistant Professor of Music Wes Parker, performs a variety of works ranging from the mallet ensembles of Claire Omar Musser to the minimalist works of Steve Reich. The ensemble performs a concert each semester.
