Quitman First Methodist church pastor dies
The First United Methodist Church in Quitman is without a pastor following the sudden death Saturday, Sept. 9 of the Rev. Mike Cline.
Cline had joined the church in November 2021.
The church dedicated its service Sunday to the Rev. Cline.
Service arrangements include family visitation from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15 at Lowe-Gardner Funeral Home.
Funeral service is at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16 at the FUMC sanctuary.
Graveside service follows with a procession from FUMC to the Mount Pisgah Cemetary.
Luncheon will be held afterward at the Quitman First Baptist Church Family Center.
