Quitman chamber seeks Christmas sponsors

Posted

The Quitman Chamber of Commerce is making plans for another holiday season preparing for 2022 Hometown Christmas activities Dec. 3.

One of the ways to become involved is through sponsorship of the event.

The Christmas parade sponsor has been taken by Laser Line. There was only one parade sponsorship available at a cost of $2,000. It includes a banner with business logo preceding the parade; audio recognition at the event; recognition on social media outlets; and participation in the Christmas Wreath Program.

Two Santa sponsorships have also already been purchased at $1,000 each, Seth’s Lake Fork Creek along with Peoples Telephone. They will receive title sponsorship with logo included on materials; audio recognition at the event; recognition on social media outlets; participation in the Wreath Program; banner with logo on display; and a 10x10 booth space at event.

Rudolph and Elf sponsorships are still available. The Rudolph sponsor is $500 and those participants receive recognition on social media; name listed on brochures and materials concerning the event; an ornament sign with name on display; and participation in the Wreath Program.

The Elf sponsorship is $250 and includes a window sign at the business and the sponsor’s name listed on brochures and materials about the event.

Christmas Wreaths for a business or home are $100 per wreath the first year and a wreath renewal is $35 per wreath. Wreaths will be placed at the business or home after Thanksgiving and will be in place until Jan. 1.

Call the chamber office at 903-763-4411 or email at quitmanchamber@quitmancoc.com for more participation information.

This is the third year for the celebration which has brought hundreds of people to the courthouse square.
