12:56 a.m., welfare concern, woman parked van and not seen for two days, officer checked and occupant is OK.

4:47 a.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific, vehicle died, officer assisting with jumping off battery.

9:01 a.m., unknown offense, 100 Good, 911 hang up, accidental.

11:12 a.m., driving while intoxicated, person slurring words, having trouble finding vehicle, unable to locate.

12:19 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, subject struck vehicle previously, no known accident reported.

12:24 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, question regarding burning ordinance.

2:27 p.m., information, Belcher, animal call from another city advised to return to that city.

3:36 p.m., drunken suspect, NE Loop 564, male seen using aerosol in vehicle, Matthew Allen Mobley arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession and use of inhalants.

5:40 p.m., found property, Sycamore, woman’s wallet found in yard, retrieved.

8:52 p.m., unknown offense, Read, 911 hang up, intoxicated person, took keys away, parties separated.

11:03 p.m., suspicious person, N. Newsom, heard person in residence, officers located no one.

January 21

3:03 a.m., assist other agency, Clara, EMS call.

10:14 a.m., suspicious person, 1200 blk N. Pacific, road rage incident, not enough information for report.

11:39 a.m., disturbance, Wells, 911 call, unable to locate anything.

12:45 p.m., disturbance, Wells, male called back to report domestic disturbance, subjects at location reported no disturbance.

1:59 p.m., public assist, Graham, child accidentally locked in vehicle, vehicle unlocked.

2:13 p.m., terroristic threat, S. Line, ex-employee sending texts and calling threatening staff.

2:25 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Johnson, neighbor parking in front of driveway and leaving trash, no crime occurred.

6:19 p.m., welfare concern, University, unable to locate subject.

11:58 p.m., disturbance, University, reporting party heard arguing, possible gun shot, two subjects ran into back yard, subject stopped, Kayla Ashton Howard arrested for driving while intoxicated with open alcoholic container - second offense.

January 22

12:51 a.m., information, N. Pacific, information about disturbance.

10:19 a.m., welfare concern, W. Patten, patient transported by EMS.

12:26 p.m., motor vehicle accident, minor, no injuries

2:05 p.m., reckless driver, NW Loop 564 at US 69, vehicle ran into ditch, medical issue.

4:28 p.m., fraud, 300 Greenville, subject with questions about possible fraud.

5:42 p.m., assist other agency, S. Pacific, EMS call.

10:22 p.m., public assist, Brenda, subject’s screen door jammed, requested assistance, able to get into residence.

January 23

1:22 p.m., public assist, W. McDonald, resident hears knocking noise on side of house, no criminal activity observed.

8:10 a.m., motorist assist, E. Broad, broken down vehicle, called tow truck.

10:24 a.m., warrant service, Sycamore, Laquita Hendrix arrested.

12:04 p.m., information, Goodson Cir., subject thinks keys taken from purse while in hospital.

3:07 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific at Good, David Alan Thomas arrested on warrant.

6:46 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, family dispute.

11:07 p.m., reckless driver, NE Loop 564, two trucks driving recklessly in parking lot, Logan Paul Clanton arrested for open container.

January 24

4:59 p.m., criminal al mischief, NE Loop 564, someone keyed vehicle, suspect vehicle observed on video.

9:13 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Newsom, neighbor bouncing ball against wall, neighbor asked to keep noise down.

10:06 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, pedestrian hit by vehicle, subject transported by EMS to Tyler.

January 25

2:24 a.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, note left at counter meant as a joke, no offense occurred.

7:33 a.m., information, W. Kilpatrick at University, utility pole leaning, reported to utility company.

9:45 a.m., warrant service, CR 2377, Christian Ray Pugh arrested.

11:46 a.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Broad, Loop 564, vehicle parked near edge of road, was a hazard and was towed.

11:49 a.m., public assist, Wigley, subject hit utility line in roadway, determined to be cable, moved out of roadway.

12:08 p.m., civil matter, Heritage, subject crawling in Dumpster, criminally trespassed.

12:51 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564.

2:11 p.m., suspicious persons, N. Newsom, subjects acting strangely, officer advised subjects OK.

Officers also made 22 traffic stops, 19 animal control calls and answered five alarms.
