January 6
7:13 a.m., assist other agency, 1000 blk E. Broad, cows out east of Loop 564, cows located and put away.
1:03 p.m., reckless driver, 300 Greenville, vehicle all over road, no signs of intoxication.
1:46 p.m., city ordinance violation, E. Broad, illegal burning, no one on property, lock cut on gate and fire put out.
2:49 p.m., unknown offense, E. Broad, subject from prior call had left to go to store and returned to find lock cut.
3:27 p.m., reckless driver, FM 49 at CR 2630, unable to maintain lane, no signs of intoxication.
5:32 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk Greenville, vehicle rear ended in parking lot.
5:39 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E. Broad, vehicle rear ended in parking lot.
7:16 p.m., suspicious vehicle, NE Loop 564, vehicle parked in fire lane, asked to move, said he had more shopping to do.
7:52 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 100 blk Line, Taylor Durham, Canton, arrested for possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana.
8:57 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, subject trying to sell THC items to employee in restroom, citation issued.
11:26 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Newsom, vehicle loading items, no offense occurred.
January 7
1:18 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 100 blk Meadowbrook, David Heath Hearn, Richmond, arrested for driving while intoxicated.
2:08 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, county pursuit, Mineola officer stopped suspect on Greenville, county took subject into custody.
12:05 p.m., disturbance, 1200 Bromberg, verbal near office area, subjects fighting over phone.
2:48 p.m., reckless driver, 700 blk Greenville, unable to maintain lane, vehicle stopped, no signs of intoxication.
3:24 p.m., information, W. Broad, trailer with old furniture parked, owner having it towed.
4:18 p.m., city ordinance violation, 600 blk S. Johnson, loud music, unable to locate.
4:47 p.m., suspicious person, 300 Greenville, subject found sticker attached to vehicle.
5:47 p.m., city ordinance violation, S. Johnson, loud music, music being turned down.
6:22 p.m., reckless driver, W. Broad at W. Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.
9:14 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, no criminal trespass issued.

12:06 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 1200 blk Bromberg, vehicle parked at Dumpsters, unable to locate.
12:37 a.m., assist other agency, N. Newsom, female with difficulty breathing, went with EMS.
5:06 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, redid fingerprints.
5:46 p.m., assault, W. McDonald, parties separated for night.
6:38 p.m., unknown offense, 300 Greenville, subject wanted to speak to officer about argument with wife.
6:40 p.m., unknown offense, N. Newsom, subject found missing purse but wallet missing.
January 9
4:18 p.m., public assist, W. Loop 564 at FM 49, clearing debris in roadway.
6:06 a.m., assist other agency, 500 blk CR 2840, assist sheriff’s office.
7:12 a.m., public assist, 100 blk S. Johnson, chair in roadway.
7:34 a.m., information, NE Loop 564, burning brush.
12:22 p.m., assist other agency, 2200 blk N. Pacific, sheriff’s office reported pickup losing load on trailer, officer located.
1:56 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 200 blk W. Broad, minor, no injuries.
2:14 p.m., welfare concern, W. Patten, patient going with EMS.
5:53 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2460 at Hwy. 37, sheriff’s office has two subjects at gunpoint, two subjects detained.
7:06 p.m., unknown offense, 500 blk Wren, two street lights out, electric company contacted.
9:34 p.m., unknown offense, E. McDonald at Graham, trailer parked in roadway, owner located.
January 10
12:15 a.m., motorist assist, 1000 blk N. Pacific, helped move from roadway.
12:34 p.m., fraud, N. Pacific, counterfeit $100 bills, had mailed off prior to officer arrival.
1:16 p.m., theft, N. Newsom, items taken from home.
4:56 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Meredith, driving at high speed, vehicle located parked.
6:46 p.m., city ordinance violation, W. Broad, truck route violation, unable to locate.
8:36 p.m., assist other agency, W. Kilpatrick, EMS call.
January 11
10:42 a.m., escort, N. Pacific at E. Broad, funeral.
10:47 a.m., suspicious persons, E. Broad, subjects at business asking for money, left walking toward Hawkins.
4:49 p.m., theft, N. Newsom, several items stolen from house.
4:50 p.m., assist other agency, City of Mineola, stolen vehicle, located in Grand Saline.
5:06 p.m., harassment, 2200 blk N. Pacific, manager harassed by ex-girlfriend, criminal trespass requested.
5:13 p.m., civil matter, McDaniel, parties getting items from parents’ home having issues.
5:35 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Pacific, woman with child begging for money, left prior to officer arrival.
8:35 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk Greenville, two vehicles.
January 12
5:31 a.m., public assist, Old Tyler Hwy., tree on power line, electric company contacted.
8:06 a.m., trespassing, N. Pacific, party would like ex criminally trespassed from location.
8:26 a.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk N. Pacific, unable to locate.
12:32 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Loop 564, minor, two vehicles.
1:41 p.m., welfare concern, Wren, subject went with EMS.
2:41 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, ex previously issued criminal trespass warning on location, advised to leave.
5:14 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 400 blk S. Pacific, two vehicles in parking lot, no injuries.
8:42 p.m., unknown offense, E. Broad, subject given ride to Quitman PD.
8:59 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, runaway report from sheriff’s office, subject returned home.
Officers also made 64 traffic stops, 24 animal control calls and answered 14 alarm calls.
