12:19 a.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564, two people in vehicle arguing, vehicle left, unable to locate.

12:44 a.m., disturbance, Minwood, subject asked to leave by property owner.

7:08 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at NE Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, no offense observed.

8:48 a.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk S. Pacific, almost caused several wrecks, sheriff’s office advised.

1:21 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, suspect in office with stolen items.

7:37 p.m., theft, Brenda, missing purse found, license may be missing.

10:31 p.m., welfare concern, 200 blk E. Buchanan, vehicle pulled over, having mechanical issues.

11:02 p.m., motorist assist, Hwy. 80 east of city limits, vehicle dragging chain.

11:35 p.m., alcohol related, E. Broad, intoxicated subject refusing to leave, left property.

October 1

1:23 a.m., reckless driver, 600 blk W. Broad, driving eastbound in westbound lane, Rigoberto Delatorre Jr. arrested for driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container.

9:19 a.m., assist other agency, Sycamore, EMS, subject transported.

12:42 p.m., motorist assist, 1900 blk W. Broad, large appliance in roadway, unable to locate.

3:35 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, minor in parking lot.

7:24 p.m., city ordinance violation, Boundary, neighbor shooting and bullet hit house, no evidence found, suspect may have left.

8:55 p.m., welfare concern, Francis, 911 call, everything OK.

9:00 p.m., reckless driver, N. Hwy. 69 at CR 2950, unable to maintain lane, subject arrested on warrant.

9:14 p.m., public assist, E. Broad, neighbor has fire burning, put out.

October 2

12:07 a.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, subject transported.

6:23 a.m., civil matter, 300 Greenville, subject seeking advise about being charged for a room while in jail.

9:45 a.m., welfare concern, CR 2724, subject concerned mother may be at nature preserve without phone, she left the location.

10:24 a.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, man cursing in front of customers, criminally trespassed from property.

10:27 a.m., warrant service, Stone, no contact.

1:34 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific, officer flagged down, seeking directions.

1:53 p.m., motorist assist, 200 blk W. Broad, vehicle in roadway waiting on subject, moved to nearby parking lot.

3:01 p.m., information, S. Johnson at Belcher, abandoned vehicle, tagged.

3:20 p.m., criminal mischief, E. Broad, subject left broken bottle under subject’s tire, may have scratched vehicle.

3:46 p.m., motorist assist, W. Broad at Loop 564, debris in roadway, removed.

3:47 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, subject reported telling people he was going to put pepper spray in tail pipes and nails in parking lot, party believes he is being followed by multiple vehicles, does not appear to be danger to himself or others, party declined to issue criminal trespass warning.

4:27 p.m., civil matter, 300 blk Greenville, request to speak to officer.

5:20 p.m., disturbance, Hart, granddaughter tearing up things in house, no crime occurred, parties separated.

8:53 p.m., city ordinance violation, W. Broad, someone burning in area, no violation.

11:02 p.m., theft, Brenda, dog stolen, dog found hiding.

11:11 p.m., welfare concern, University, gunshot heard, unable to locate. 

October 3

4:40 a.m., information, NE Loop 564, subject advised retrieving company truck from parking lot.

5:54 a.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, subject wants to speak to officer about being criminally trespassed.

8:28 a.m., motorist assist, 100 blk N. Pacific, vehicle in lane of traffic, moved from roadway.

9:52 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 1200 blk N. Pacific, two vehicles.

1:36 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, subject thinks boyfriend has been kidnapped, confirmed subject is in custody.

2:17 p.m., suspicious person, 200 blk E. Broad, subject in roadway flipping people off, advised to stay out of roadway or will be arrested.

October 4

4:32 a.m., harassment, 300 Greenville, subject wants to file harassment complaint against Mineola officer.

5:32 a.m., assist other agency, 900 blk Ivey, large tree across road, TxDOT contacted.

6:15 a.m., fraud, N. Pacific, contacted by business owner.

10:55 a.m., theft, N. Pacific, does not wish to pursue charges but wants subject criminally trespassed.

6:03 p.m., welfare concern, 1000 blk N. Johnson, subject reported passed out in vehicle, was on phone with girlfriend.

8:48 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 100 blk S. Pacific, Darrell Lynn Johnson arrested for two counts of possession of controlled substance, one count of possession of marijuana.

October 5

8:12 a.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk S. Pacific, unable to maintain lane. Officer advised driver is OK.

9:22 a.m., motorist assist, 1800 blk S. Pacific, wipers quit working, escorted to parts store.

11:01 p.m., trespassing, W. Broad, criminal trespass warning requested.

1:24 p.m., warrant service, Wigley, no contact.

1:34 p.m., warrant service, N. Pacific, subject from prior event located at work, attorney advised warrant was supposed to be canceled, after subject arrested, judge rescinded order.

3:38 p.m., information, N. Newsom, subject from prior call issued criminal trespass warning and citation for criminal mischief.

5:20 p.m., suspicious person, 200 blk Francis, subject advised he ran out of gas.

5:37 p.m., assist other agency, Hogg, assist EMS with combative patient.

8:12 p.m., unknown offense, E. Broad, male in store yelling, asked to leave, criminal trespass warning issued.

8:27 p.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk S. Pacific, speeding, no impairment observed.

11:31 p.m., suspicious person, 200 blk E. Kilpatrick.

Officers also made 82 traffic stops, 35 animal control calls and answered three alarms.
