2:10 p.m., fraud, 300 Greenville, report of fraud on account.
3:07 p.m., found property, 300 Greenville, wallet found while walking.
6:29 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, children locked in running vehicle, unable to locate.
9:23 p.m., assist other agency, W. Broad, unconscious female.
9:52 p.m., suspicious person, W. Broad, unable to locate.
11:02 p.m., drunken subject, NE Loop 564, subject hit pole in drive through, Terry Dale Morgan, Winnsboro, arrested for driving while intoxicated with child under 15.
February 12
10:44 a.m., disturbance, Bromberg, neighbors heard fighting, two subjects detained, juvenile probation contacted.
3:07 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.
9:38 p.m., disturbance, W. Blair, argument, brother took vehicle without permission, does not want to file charges.
11:01 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 100 blk N. Pacific, Victor Roberto Garcia Rosales of Quitman arrested for driving while intoxicated.
February 13
6:39 a.m., public assist, Mimosa, caller heard loud noise, insisted was not passing train, noise not heard after train passed.
8:39 a.m., motorist assist, W. Broad at Loop 564, male riding bicycle in traffic, subject is off roadway.
8:47 a.m., city ordinance violation, Buchanan, unauthorized burning, fire put out.
9:58 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, subject did not know time or location, unable to investigate.
2:28 p.m., terroristic threat, N. Loop 564, documenting threat by man to drive vehicle into store.
3:11 p.m., welfare concern, Park Place, elderly neighbor thinks someone is in residence, returned to home.
5:12 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 2100 NE Loop 564, two vehicles, no injuries.
7:42 p.m., assist other agency, NE Loop 564, assist state trooper.
10:53 p.m., city ordinance violation, Wood at W. Broad, loud music, officer advised subjects turning it down.
February 14
1:32 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, door ajar, nothing appeared missing.
12:24 p.m., suspicious person, N. Newsom, man sitting in car for several hours, working at house next door.
1:21 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, EMS.
2:13 p.m., unsecured area, W. Broad, no one in store, owner contacted in back of store.
3:09 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 700 blk S. Pacific, two vehicles, justice of peace, funeral home contacted.
3:40 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, tail lamp removed from vehicle while owner in store, video shows item already missing.
4:18 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, referred to justice of the peace concerning restraining order.
7:11 p.m., assist other agency, S. Hwy. 69 at river bridge.
7:34 p.m., city ordinance violation, Bromberg, loud music, music turned down.
9:44 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 800 blk E. Broad, Gary Wayne Hayes, Dallas, arrested for three warrants.
10:23 p.m., suspicious person, W. McDonald at University, subject lying in middle of road, yelling, acting strangely, subject stated he fell off bicycle, refused EMS.
February 15
12:44 a.m., violation of court order, Wigley.
1:16 a.m., welfare concern, Inwood, subject on phone with mother who began having medical issues, EMS contacted and transported subject.
3:01 p.m., motorist assist, E. Broad at N. Pacific, oversize load turning.
4:16 p.m., suspicious person, 100 blk E. Front, no one observed at location.
4:45 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, vehicle hit in parking lot.
6:10 p.m., information, S. Pacific, vehicles speeding in area.
8:00 p.m., theft, S. Johnson, someone trying to get in gate, subject was picking up items from estate auction.
8:07 p.m., assist other agency, Sue, EMS.
8:11 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Johnson, vehicle trying to get in gate, is property owner.
February 16
8:56 a.m., criminal mischief, Gerald, glass items in back yard shot with BB gun.
10:41 a.m., assist other agency, NW Loop 564 at CR 2210, missing child, located in woods.
11:09 a.m., fraud, 100 blk NW Loop 564, fraudulent check, outside city limits, referred.
11:38 a.m., theft, NW Loop 564, file to be picked up.
1:27 p.m., suspicious persons, N. Line, subjects trying to get into shed, unable to locate.
3:22 p.m., welfare concern, W. Broad at English, missing person from Georgia, cell phone pinged in area, subject located, advised to call daughter.
4:40 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, request to speak to officer about arrest.
7:52 p.m., motor vehicle accident, Pacific at E. Broad, rear-end collision, no injuries.
9:07 p.m., assault, Robin, ex-fiance hit subject, kicked in door, smashed items in home, Anthony Charvat arrested; Theresa Michelle Fitzpatrick arrested for possession of controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs.
February 17
12:40 a.m., alarm, E. Broad, delivery driver.
4:28 a.m., information, Elliott at Gay, vehicle repossession.
12:39 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk N. Pacific, three vehicles, no injuries.
12:54 p.m., information, W. Kilpatrick, party left residence due to threats, will file report if threats continue.
1:04 p.m., information, University, subject wanted police to know his wife left him, concerned she may make false claims against him.
1:4 p.m., welfare concern, 1100 blk E. McDonald, elderly woman walking, seems lost, advised officer she is out for a walk.
4:16 p.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk S. Pacific, driver has open beer bottle, unable to locate.
5:32 p.m., welfare concern, Goodson Cir., brother received strange text message from sister, contacted and she is OK.
8:58 p.m., harassment, Hogg, suspect yelling for subject’s husband to come to door, who also received calls and texts.
Officers also made 43 traffic stops and 16 animal control calls.
