Mineola High School Principal Mike Sorenson spoke to the Mineola Kiwanis Club last week about the numerous opportunities available for students at the high school and the many awards earned by students in a variety of areas. Following the presentation, Sorenson received the Mineola Kiwanis Citizen of the Month for February for his 41 years in education as a teacher, coach and administrator.
