Dear editor:
No! Seriously? I know it’s too early for an April Fool’s joke! You’re telling the citizens of Wood County that the incumbents (Cole Hefner, Virgil Holland, Mike Simmons) are going to pull a Donald Trump and not participate in the Feb. 18 candidates forum?
You sirs, are no Donald Trump! Come on guys, put your big boy pants on, face your constituents and tell them what you’ve accomplished, why you want to be re-elected and why (as commissioner) you deserve to be on the Wood County payroll at north of $70,000 annual salary.
Citizens of Wood County want to hear from you as well as the other candidates vying for your positions.
