Community service honored
Silvia Reyes was honored by the Mineola Kiwanis Club as October Citizen of the Month. Silvia enjoys helping those in need. She recently arranged for the Mexican Consulate to bring their Consulate on Wheels to Mineola to help with IDs, passports and other services to people of this area. Kiwanis President-elect Brian Jones presented the award.
