402nd District Court hears guilty pleas
The following guilty pleas were heard and sentences assessed on Thursday, March 7 in 402nd District Court:
Robin Diane Brandt, Alba, possession of a controlled substance (PCS) penalty group (PG) one less than one gram, sate jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $290 court costs.
Patrick Lane Joiner, Winnsboro, PCS PG 1/1-B, one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $2,500 fine and $290 court costs.
Shayla Beth Wright, Odessa, PCS PG1 four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, 14 years in state prison with 311 days credit for time served, $5,000 fine and $290 court costs.
