11:32 a.m., welfare concern, W. Kilpatrick, possible overdose, subject taken to hospital.
12:12 p.m., theft, E. Broad, packages being held, picked up and taken to station for resident to pick up.
1:00 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, two vehicles matching description observed, driving fine.
2:46 p.m., drug offense, E. Broad, drugs sent through mail, Payton Marie Rosenbusch, Yantis, arrested for possession of controlled substance penalty group one four or more grams and less than 200; Jonathan Lachmiller, Yantis, arrested for possession of controlled substance penalty group 1/1-B four or more grams and less than 200.
