Jeffrey Paul Walls Jr. 1973-2023

Jeffrey Paul Walls Jr., 50 years of age, passed away on Nov. 7, 2023 due to injuries sustained in an accident. Jeff was born on March 24, 1973 to parents Jeffrey Paul Walls Sr. and Sally Garrett Walls in Gladewater.

Mr. Walls attended schools in Sabine, Winnsboro and Canton prior to attending and graduating from Alba-Golden High School in Alba. Jeff was an athlete competing in football, baseball and track.

Jeff spent the majority of his work life as a safety consultant in the construction and oil and gas industry. He was also a licensed real estate agent in the East Texas area being associated with Keller-Williams Realty of Tyler.

Jeffrey Paul Walls Jr. is survived by his girlfriend, Kristi Gaby Ratliff; his mother, Sally Garrett Walls; son, Garett Walls and wife Chloe, son, Dylan Walls; and a host of aunts, uncles cousins and other family members.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Jeffrey Paul Walls Sr.; paternal grandparents, Wylie James Walls and Ellen Marie Seals; maternal grandparents, Buck Garrett and Mary Jo Tyson Garrett; as well as other family members.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at the Amazing Grace Fellowship Church, 7405 US Highway 69 in Alba.

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert
