Motions March 27

Margaret Lanette Gunter, Canton, possession of a controlled substance (PCS) penalty group 1 (PG1) less than one gram, state jail felony, probation revoked, one year in state jail with 477 days credit for time served.

Anthony Alan Perkins Jr., Yantis, PCS PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, probation revoked, 12 months in state jail with 54 days credit for time served.

Kody Lane English, Cookeville, Tenn., credit card or debit card abuse-elderly, third degree felony, probation revoked, eight years in state prison with 135 days credit for time served.

Frederick O’Neal Williams, Hawkins, PCS PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, probation revoked, nine months in state jail with 35 days credit for time served.
