Burglary in progress, Hwy. 37. Property owner said two subjects taking items from property without permission. Patricia Speed and Bobby McKenzie arrested for burglary of a building.
Sept. 17
Deputy Williams, Deputy Swann, suspicious person, Alba. Michael Elder arrested on active warrant.
Shots fired, PR 6631. Caller said male walked up to residence, fired multiple shots, fled into woods. Ivy Jones arrested for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Warrant service, CR 4490. Brandon Fouts arrested on active warrant.
Sept. 18
Sgt. Williams, Deputy Whisenhunt, Deputy Hammond, burglary, Hawkins. Caller said ex-wife breaking into residence. Deputies did not locate anyone on scene. Suspect provided video footage showing she was at work. Offense report for false report will be completed.
Deputy Hammond, assault report by phone. Caller said got into verbal argument with male previous day, male came to his side of truck, assaulted him. Offense report completed.
Death investigation, CR 4895. Deputies located deceased male with gunshot wound. Autopsy ordered.

Sept. 19
Sgt. Williams, violation of protective order call. Caller said protective order in place for her and children against children’s father, father sent text messages to one child. Offense report completed.
Drowning, Lake Fork. Caller said father-in-law fell into water after saying he did not feel well. Dive teams located subject.
Deputy Knox, assault report by phone. Caller said he and brother got into physical altercation previous day, causing bruising to child he was holding during altercation. Offense report completed.
Sept. 20
Deputy Knox, transport, Winnsboro ER.
Deputy Knox, transport, UT Tyler.
Deputy Vanatta, assault, Hawkins. Caller said male showed up, assaulted someone, left scene. Victim said subject had assaulted someone else in another city. Victim advised to call back if subject returns.
Sept. 21
Sgt. Cox, theft, FM 69. Employee said someone stole wiring from control panel on property. Suspect vehicle information provided, offense report completed.
Sgt. Cox, criminal mischief, CR 3420. Caller said landlord’s wife damaged truck, has video footage. Damage observed, offense report will be completed upon receipt of damage estimate.
Cpt. Milbourn, Lt. Morrison, warrant service. Cecil Duckworth arrested on active warrant.
Sept. 22
Deputy Way, Deputy Neely, disturbance, Yantis. Caller said person in community yelling at family, making threats throughout day. Caller will provide video footage, offense report will be completed.
Deputy Way, Deputy Neely, disturbance, CR 3420. Caller said landlord attempting to enter residence. Landlord said attempting to post eviction notice, tenant prevented him from doing so. Another tenant became involved, struck caller in attempt to keep him from landlord. Neither party wished to pursue charges.
Deputy Williams, Deputy Haney, structure fire, CR 4294. Neighbors said subject still inside residence. Deputies entered structure, located male, removed him from residence. Transported by EMS to receive treatment.
