April 12

Sgt. Morrison, traffic stop, FM 14; driver Jeremy Kay, 39, arrested for active warrant.

Cpl. Cooper, traffic stop, FM 49; driver refused to pull over, fled from deputy. Joshua Grato, 18, arrested for evading arrest.

Deputy Pollard, warrant service, County Road 3494. Jacob Wilson, 21, arrested for outstanding warrant.

Deputy Pollard, warrant service at adult probation. James Bellis, 30, arrested for outstanding warrant.

Lt Milbourn, Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Burdick, disturbance, FM 14; female attempting to stab door with knife, cut herself, victim transported by EMS.

Sgt. Williams, another agency located stolen vehicle from Wood County. Sergeant provided contact information for owner.

April 13

Cpl. Cooper, traffic stop, County Road 2175; Michael Robbins, 45, observed walking on wrong side of road, meth located, arrested for possession of controlled substance.

Lt. Milbourn, Sgt. Morrison, traffic stop, Mineola; observed vehicle with expired buyer’s tag, driver denied consent to search, canine alerted, located drug paraphernalia, multiple ID’s not belonging to driver. Alan Phipps, 41, arrested for fraudulent use/possession of identifying info.

Deputy Pollard, warrant service, FM 2966; Caiden Clanton, 19, ran into woods to avoid arrest, later arrested.

Sgt. Williams, Deputy Pollard, assault, FM 14; suspect called deputies, advised he had assaulted girlfriend. Brandon Ross, arrested for assault.

April 14

Deputy Skinner, theft, County Road 4586; female stole swords from residence, victim would like to press charges. Deputies located female walking down road with swords, recovered them, victim declined to press charges.

Cpl. Baldwin; victim threatened, deputy spoke to suspect, advised he did not threaten victim, had two witnesses to confirm story.

Deputy Skinner, animal complaint, County Road 1970; neighbor’s donkeys on their property, wanted them removed, donkeys removed, owner received citation.

Lt. Milbourn, warrant service, Quitman; Garrett Thorson arrested for outstanding warrant.

Sgt. Mayer, Deputy Comeaux, agency assist, County Road 2351; possible stolen skid steer which was located, owner picked up.

Deputy Arellano, Deputy Hughes, warrant service, County Road 2175. Michael Robbins arrested for outstanding warrants.

Sgt. Mayer, Deputy Arellano, Deputy Comeaux, disturbance, FM 2966. Upon arrival, off-duty officer had video of altercation, victim advised daughter-in-law assaulted her, son pointed gun at her. Haley Davee arrested for assault. Canyon Allen arrested for aggravated assault. CPS contacted.

Deputy Rapp, Deputy Hughes, disturbance, County Road 1560; victim assaulted by girlfriend, had visible laceration on face. Thosha Garett arrested for assault.

April 15

Cpl. Baldwin; caller advised husband threatening to call deputy to have her picked up, changed subject of call multiple times, wanted incident documented.

Deputy Skinner, suspicious vehicle, County Road 3118; property owner wanted vehicle removed, it was towed.

Deputy Rapp, EMS call, FM 17; caller found uncle unresponsive at residence, subject pronounced deceased.

Sgt. Mayer, vehicle accident, County Road 2175; owner advised vehicle rolled down driveway into lake, wrecker notified, vehicle removed.

Deputy Hughes, Deputy Arellano, disturbance, Hwy. 80; aggressor had already left scene, was all verbal.

April 16

Cpl. Baldwin, animal complaint, County Road 1917; donkey owner out by fence where they get out, given another citation.

Cpl. Baldwin, unresponsive person, County Road 3860; female with gunshot wound. Investigations took over the scene, autopsy ordered.

Deputy Arellano, disturbance, FM 1647; during argument victim’s husband grabbed wrist, suspect fled into the woods, victim did not wish to pursue charges.

Deputy Hughes, suicidal subject, County Road 3909; victim advised he would like treatment, went with family to hospital. 

April 17 

Deputy Pollard, theft, FM 2869; victim paid someone to install cabinets, never showed up, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Croney, theft, FM 515; victim previously reported missing vehicle, discovered someone entered residence, provided serial numbers, items entered as stolen.

Deputy Croney, theft, County Road 1835; female stole multiple items from property, victim provided video footage of incident.

Cpl. Cooper, fraud; bank contacted victim on multiple checks possibly fraud, bank canceled checks.

Cpl. Cooper, warrant service, County Road 2174; wanted subject seen entering residence, refused to come outside. Forced entry made, Acey Farris arrested for outstanding warrants. Ruby Isaacs, Bryan Ransom, Jon Thompson arrested for hindering apprehension of known felon.

Deputy Burdick, Deputy Comeaux, criminal trespass, County Road 1431; Delante Agurs arrested for outstanding warrant.

April 18

Deputy Croney, fraud; someone went to multiple banks, used fake ID to withdraw money from account, case forwarded to agencies where incidents took place.

Deputy Croney, Deputy Whisenhunt, disturbance, FM 514; male struck victim causing injury, suspect advised he was defending himself, his story did not match. Gabrielle Higgins arrested for assault.

Deputy Pollard, Holly Lake Ranch; manager stated she observed male rummage through vehicle, attempt to enter locked vehicle. Jose Florian arrested for burglary of vehicle.

Deputy Burdick, Deputy Comeaux, terroristic threat, County Road 3803; male threatened to hurt victim due to her filing charges. Reports filed for terroristic threats, retaliation. 

Deputies responded to a 1-vehicle accident on FM 69 that blocked the roadway.
