The Wood County Criminal District Attorney’s Office presented felony cases July 27 to a Wood County grand jury.
The grand jury handed down the following indictments:
Xzaydrian Tyrell Battle, Quitman — Burglary of habitation.
Darel Ray Belz II, Dallas — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams; and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Ascencion Aguirre Cadena, Carthage — Unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
Wendy Marie Church, Deming, New Mexico — Theft of property valued at $2,500 or more but less than $30,000.
Angela Faith Daniels, Quitman — Two counts of violation of bond or protective order two or more times within 12 months.
Sean Clay Earle, Yantis — Attempt to commit tampering with physical evidence; and possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram.
Donald Russell Fowler Jr., Quitman — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram.
Brittany Elaine Gargiulo, Garland — Manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams.
Ty Avery Gaylord, Mineola — Two counts of child endangerment.
Justin Kyle Gillis, Plano — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams.
Ronnie Guillen-Sanchez, Pittsburg — Theft of property valued at $2,500 or more but less than $30,000.
Douglas Hanson, Quitman — Sex offender’s duty to register, life/90 days.
Alisha Ann Harris, Alba — Credit/debit card abuse against an elderly individual.
Benjamin James Howard, Mineola — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams in a drug-free zone.
Brooklyn Jade Hudson, Mineola — Injury to a child, reckless bodily injury.
Paul Ray Jarvis Jr., Kingston, Oklahoma — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams.
Andrew Byron Leewright, Mineola — Stalking.
Steven Ray Meeks Jr., Mineola — Driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age with a deadly weapon.
Brandon Irving Nichols, Quitman — Injury to elderly with intentional bodily injury.
Jonathon Wayne Nolen, Pittsburg — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams.
Eric John Russell, Winnsboro — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams.
Lee Ryan, Alba — Assault causing bodily injury/family violence — impede breathing.
Kristen Sitar, Quitman — Failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.
Jasmine Marie Snook, Larose, Louisiana — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams.
Burt Benjamin Sperling, Quitman — Possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram.
Hayden Lee Stallings, Mineola — Injury to a child, reckless bodily injury.
Kimberly Diann Stout, Pickton — Manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams.
Bryan Jacob Strother, Tyler — Assault causing bodily injury/family violence — impede breathing or circulation with a previous conviction; and assault causing bodily injury/family violence with a previous conviction.
