Deputy Smith, Deputy Hammond, shots fired, CR 2153. No offense occurred. 

Lt. Milbourn, Lt. Morrison, Deputy Hammond, missing juvenile, FM 1804. Deputies searched area, located juvenile, returned to parents. 

Lt. Morrison, Deputy Vanatta, warrant service, CR 1681. Sterling Marino arrested on active warrant. 

Feb. 12

Deputy Way, indecency with a child report. CPS received outcry from juvenile, offense report completed, Criminal Investigations Division notified. 

Deputy Hammond, indecency with a child report. CPS received outcry from juvenile, offense report completed, Criminal Investigation Department notified. 

Deputy Vanatta, fraud. Subject said someone applied for student loan using his information, offense report completed. 

Feb. 13

Deputy Haley, fraud, Hawkins. Store manager said received fraudulent check, other stores also received. Suspect’s information provided, offense report completed. 

Deputy Knox, damage to property, Holiday Village. Subject said someone cut down trees on company’s property. Possible suspect provided, offense report completed. 

Feb. 14

Deputy Knox, dog bite, Holiday Village. Subject said neighbor’s dog bit her while she was walking. Contact made with dog owner, will have to quarantine dog at vet. Follow-up will be completed. 

Deputy Williams, threats, CR 3265. Subject said friend at his house all day, just woke him up threatening to steal truck if not given ride. Parties separated, caller allowed subject to stay until could get ride. 

Feb. 15

Deputy Way, theft report. Subject said male subject stole vehicle from property, sold it. Offense report completed. 

Deputy Swann, abandoned vehicle, FM 2869. Subject said vehicle parked in middle of road, no one inside. Contact made with vehicle owner, said was being taken to get new tire, owner told not to park in middle of road. 

Feb. 16

Sgt. Williams, counterfeit money, Hwy. 37. Victim said received three fake $100 bills for rent payment, did not wish to pursue charges. 

Deputy Smith, damaged property, CR 3431. Subject said neighbor cut down tree on her property. Neighbor trespassed. 

Deputy Way, animal bite report. Subject said son bitten by dog she was watching. Deputies unable to contact owner due to owner’s hospital stay. Follow-up will be completed. 

Feb. 17

Deputy Way, stolen vehicle, FM 2966. Subject said side-by-side stolen from business, located at residence, VIN run, confirmed stolen, recovered. 

Deputy Gloar, missing firearm, Holiday Village. While deputies on scene, subject located firearm. 

Deputy Beck, Deputy Vanatta, assault, CR 2790. Vernon Nicholson arrested for assault family violence. 

Deputy Beck, suspicious person, FM 49. Subject said female came inside his residence, would not leave. Deputies located female subject walking, was highly intoxicated; subject was called in on two previous suspicious person calls earlier in day. Angela Daniels arrested for public intoxication.
