July 11
Officers responded to a reckless driver on West Broad at West Loop 564. The caller advised a vehicle was unable to maintain its lane of travel. An officer observed the vehicle. No further action was taken.
Officers responded to a public assist on Northeast Loop 564. A tree had fallen into the roadway. The tree was removed.
Officers responded to a reckless driver on FM 49 at East Loop 564. The caller reported a black Chevrolet Silverado was unable to maintain its lane of travel. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
Officers responded to a disturbance on East Broad. The caller advised he had been assaulted in a parking lot. The victim did not wish to pursue charges.
Officers responded to a city ordinance violation on North Pacific. The caller reported a male subject panhandling in a parking lot. Officers were unable to locate the subject.
Officers responded to a city ordinance violation on Kevin Street. The caller reported loud music. Officers were unable to locate the source.

July 12
Officers responded to a welfare concern on County Road 2724 after an automated 911 crash notification. Officers were unable to locate a vehicle or anyone involved.
Officers responded to an assault on Isabella Street. A female victim was found unconscious and transported by EMS to UT Health Tyler. The suspect fled the scene with a juvenile. After an investigation involving multiple agencies, Jose Emigdio Perez, was taken into custody in Henderson County. Charges include burglary and injury to a child.
Officers assisted another agency on South Johnson Street after a tree fell onto a power line. The roadway was barricaded until utility crews arrived.
Officers responded to a reckless driver at Northeast Loop 564 and North Pacific. The caller reported a motorcycle traveling at excessive speeds. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

Officers assisted EMS on West Blair after a caller reported tongue swelling from a possible allergic reaction. The patient was transported by EMS to UT Health Quitman.
Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash on East Broad. The vehicles were moved from the roadway and no injuries were reported.
Officers took an information-only report on Graham Street. The caller advised she received concerning information regarding an assault that allegedly occurred several years ago. No direct threats were made. Extra patrol was requested.
