9:32 a.m., assist other agency, NW Loop 564; DPS and officer on vehicle search, DPS has one in custody, enroute to Wood County Sheriff’s Office.

1:06 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N Pacific/NE Loop 564; three-vehicle accident with injuries, EMS, fire department on scene, 2 transported by ESM, case report filed.

1:26 p.m., disturbance, Wigley; two males fighting, mutual combat, one said he would shoot other, Wood County Sheriff’s Office asked to assist, parties separated.

4:49 p.m., city ordinance violation, NE Loop 564; vehicle parked in fire lane for 10 minutes, left on officer’s arrival, no offense observed.

6:42 p.m., civil matter, W Patten; neighbor said knew next-door residents evicted, saw people there who should not be, believes residents trespassing. Officer spoke with realtor, said they will be out tomorrow.

7:30 p.m., reckless driver, N Newsom/N Meadowbrook; male and female riding 4-wheelers, ran stop sign, speeding, unable to locate.

7:49 p.m., welfare concern, Wigley; subject unable to contact mother known to fall, EMS requested to stage, subject located, phone died while working in garden.

10:44 p.m., suspicious person, Nature Preserve; subject said unknown number of persons parked behind bathroom area, “creeping her out,” subjects using shower, no offense, officer advised them to leave following showers.

March 15

12:20 a.m., city ordinance violation, Kings; loud party, shutting it down.

1:28 a.m., public assist, N Pacific; officer flagged down about horses in road, owner located, horses put back in fenced area.

1:45 a.m., city ordinance violation, Kings; subject said dogs at location barking for 24 hours, officer said did not hear dogs barking earlier or then.

2:07 a.m., disturbance, Kings; subject said at party, assaulted by other male, officer said no assault occurred, sober drivers transporting intoxicated subjects home from party.

8:55 a.m., theft, Bluebird; plant stolen off porch, subject does not wish to pursue charges.

11:25 a.m., welfare concern, E McDonald/Peachtree; male walking down side of road, has cell phone, appeared upset, unable to locate.

3:23 p.m., suspicious person, S Johnson; three young males went to store, subject asked them to leave, came and went five times, last time cursed at subject, last seen running down alley, officer searched area, unable to locate.

4:11 p.m., civil matter, 300 Greenville; subjects wants to talk about custody issue.

4:28 p.m., city ordinance violation, Sycamore; someone burning, fire department on scene, subject has burn permit.

4:42 p.m., suspicious person, E Front; kids from 3:23 p.m. case at location, officer spoke with subjects at skate park, not subjects they are looking for, unable to locate.

5:20 p.m., public assist, Walnut/Cheek; tree across tracks, Union Pacific contacted, someone sent to remove tree, train traffic stopped.

5:24 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564; subject in store putting items in bag, left store, subject will call when case ready.

6:05 p.m., city ordinance violation, Sycamore; someone burning, putting fire out.

6:14 p.m., reckless driver, S Pacific/city limit; vehicle unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

6:26 p.m., public assist, Sycamore; tree in road, street department contacted, tree removed.

6:32 p.m., civil matter; Sycamore; subject said landlord locked her out of residence, civil issue, criminal trespass warning will be issued if subject comes back, deadline of 2 p.m. to leave residence, parties separated.

6:42 p.m., inquest, Molly; inquest for Marianne Eubanks of Point, fire paged, canceled, Justice of the Peace contacted, funeral home contacted, has possession, Rains County contacted to notify next of kin, case report file

1:34 a.m., motorist assist, N Pacific; tree limb blocking southbound lane of N Pacific, TxDOT contacted, on scene, road cleared.

2:56 a.m., assist other agency, FM 1804/CR 2780; single vehicle accident with trapped pregnant female, fire on scene, agency assisted.

12:39 p.m., information, Gerald; car repossessed.

2:21 p.m., found property, 300 Greenville; dollar bill found by back door, case report filed.

6:33 p.m., information, NE Loop 564; subject has case ready for March 15, 5:24 p.m. case, picked up.

7:54 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville; fingerprints taken.

7:59 p.m., public assist, N Johnson; subject said wants directed patrol issued, will be issued.

8:06 p.m., welfare concern, Spring Lake; subject said wanted check on parents, has not been able to make contact since Saturday, all well, parents will contact daughter.

8:20 p.m., welfare concern, Graham; vehicle fire, fire on scene.

9:06 p.m., unsecured area, S Pacific; open gate, cleaning crew, all well.

9:08 p.m., information, Sue; subject said needs patrol for residence after incident occurred, will be issued.

March 17

12:30 a.m., welfare concern, Gerald; 911 hangup, made contact with residence, female thought EMS needed for pregnancy issues, no longer needed.

2:01 p.m., public assist, Hart; trucks blocking road, will remain, unloading materials, road passable.

2:25 p.m., criminal mischief, N Johnson; window broken, case report filed.

7:31 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564; subject said someone she has a case on is at customer service desk making return, not correct person.

8:33 p.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564; subject said ex-husband at location causing disturbance, banging on vehicle for her to exit, parties separated.

9:16 p.m., trespassing, NE Loop 564; subject said two males riding skateboards in parking lot, asked to leave several times, wants criminal trespass warning issued, given to both subjects.

March 18

11:19 a.m. motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564/FM 1254; two-vehicle accident, no injuries, in road, stop sign knocked down, case report filed.

12:28 p.m., found property, N Pacific; found drugs, case report filed.

2:56 p.m., civil matter, N Newsom; subject walked out from hair salon without paying, hairdresser told this time is civil matter rather than criminal, told to contact Justice of the Peace for information regarding filing claim, no further action.

5:32 p.m., disturbance, Chaparral; female making threats, no known weapons, EMS staged and canceled, all well, verbal-only argument.

8:02 p.m., found property, E Goode; found wallet, case report filed.

March 19

7:16 a.m., information, CR 2724; subject said needs to get inside gate to check something, gate opener contacted.

12:37 p.m., motorist assist, E Broad; delivery truck blocked in in alley, tow truck on scene, owner located before vehicle towed, moved vehicle, no further action.

5:12 p.m., welfare concern, Greenville; subject said resident left facility, refuses to return, un-cooperative, combative, EMS on scene, subject went with EMS.

5:26 p.m., assist other agency, N Hwy. 69/CR 2220; minor accident, fire canceled, agency assisted.

5:35 p.m., welfare concern, N Pacific; man walking on N. Pacific close to road, subject afraid going to be struck by vehicle, subject not walking so close that is hazard, all well.

5:40 p.m., suspicious person, NW Loop 564; subject said believe heard back door open while in bathroom, later believe heard footsteps, unknown car parked in back parking lot, wants space cleared, no signs of anyone present, officer will remain until closing.

8:16 p.m., vehicle stop, W Broad; probable cause search, contraband found, standard field sobriety test performed, no impairment observed, citation and warning given, case report filed.

10:12 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Wigley; unknown vehicle sitting in front of house for over an hour, someone inside, driver is brother of resident down the street, having car trouble, all well.

March 20

11:01 a.m., public assist, N Pacific; road debris, cleared.

11:41 a.m., animal control, E Loop 564; man walking, other man made threats to him and dog, officer and animal control officer talked with both parties.

2:47 p.m., criminal mischief, Goodson; subject said someone keyed car, child scratched car on accident, mother does not want to file report.

3:55 p.m., welfare concern, N Pacific/E Kilpatrick; elderly male fell, subject fine.

10:41 p.m., reckless driver, 300 Greenville; vehicle unable to maintain lane, standard field sobriety tests conducted, tow truck took possession of vehicle, Jonathan Doyle Melton arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Officers also made 193 traffic stops, 6 alarm calls, and 5 animal control calls.
