1:05 a.m., motorist assist, N Pacific/Hall; DoorDash driver.

1:12 a.m., information, Railroad; subject said derailment, doesn’t need officer, derailment not affecting crossings.

9:47 a.m., burglary, Francis; subject said someone broke into home, found property at house four doors down, officer located property, returned to owner.

9:59 a.m., motor vehicle accident, S Pacific/McWhorter; two-car accident, multiple injuries, one driver, all passengers transported by EMS to Tyler.

10:51 a.m., found property, N Newsom; unusual item found in back yard, under fence, Tyler fire asked for item’s ID, Tyler bomb squad en route, Tyler fire marshal’s office has item, case report filed.

12:08 p.m., assist other agency, W Broad/city limit; semi hauling house hit vehicle, didn’t stop; DPS requested officers look for truck, unable to locate.

2:30 p.m., city ordinance violation, N Johnson; subject said neighbors burning in barrels.

3:06 p.m., information, Ivey; subject said possibly heard gunshots in area, unable to locate.

4:26 p.m., assist other agency, E Loop 564; multiple calls on fire, property owners say under control, callers say not, fire department says controlled burn.

7:48 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724; vehicle parked at preserve after closing, unable to locate owner, preserve closed with vehicle inside.

8:43 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564; subject attempted to return stolen merchandise, left, case report filed.

Feb. 22

1:05 a.m., suspicious person, N Newsom; subject said when husband arrived home, saw teens with shirts over heads, when teens saw husband ran away, no crimes noticed, unable to locate.

1:17 a.m., disturbance, Second; subject arguing with girlfriend, who went to go buy drugs, when girlfriend returned, subject jumped by other male. Suspect left, subject requested EMS, William Chris Alston arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

4:51 a.m., disturbance, W Kilpatrick; 911 priority abandoned callback language line, subject said someone wouldn’t calm down, is trying to force subject to give ride, subject put shampoo in his gas tank, parties separated, criminal trespass warning issued.

5:58 p.m., suspicious person, W McDonald/University; teenager on bicycle approached subject, asked if he could walk with her, subject said no, teen made sexual advances, subject denied vehemently, teen got back on bike, rode away, officer unable to locate.

7:29 – 7:35 p.m., forgery, CR 2840; three counts of forgery related to Jan. 20, 10:22 p.m. incident. Case reports filed.

10:36 p.m., public assist, N Pacific; officer flagged down by subject, having vehicle trouble, request to help push.

Feb. 23

9:04 a.m., reckless driver, E Broad/Loop 564; 18-wheeler unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

10:37 a.m., information, N Line; subject in car with flat tire, getting stuff out, put in other vehicle, left, no victim at time of reporting.

11:01 a.m., information, NE Loop 564; car repossessed.

11:02 a.m., welfare concern, Park Place; subject hasn’t heard from sister or niece in over month, officer made contact, all well, will reach out to subject.

11:16 a.m., motor vehicle accident, E Broad/N Johnson; minor accident, loaded bus hit unattended, parked vehicle, no injuries, insurance exchanged, nothing further.

4:34 p.m., terroristic threat, N Pacific; subject wanted to talk about someone making threats, officer said he will contact person.

7:38 p.m., suspicious vehicle, University; subject said dirt bike using flashlight for head light, unable to locate.

10:10 p.m., reckless driver, W Broad/city limit; officer flagged down with report of vehicle unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

10:42 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S Pacific; unoccupied.

10:48 p.m., motorist assist, S Pacific/S Loop 564; vehicle had chain making sparks.

11:04 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Shady; all well, vehicle waiting.

Feb. 24

3:39 a.m., information, W Broad; 911 priority abandoned callback, background static noise, secure.

9:15 a.m., disturbance, N Newsom; loud music, turned down.

3:41 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N Pacific/Hall; minor accident, case report filed.

9:18 p.m., vehicle stop, S Pacific; standard field sobriety test conducted, probable search, contraband found, Crispin Aguilera arrested for driving while intoxicated third or more.

10:02 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2810; assist Wood County Sheriff’s Office with disturbance.

Feb. 25

10:34 a.m., information, Sofia; car repossessed.

10:52 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N Pacific/Lilly; minor accident, no injuries.

5:01 p.m., disturbance, E Front; subject screaming at caller, upset because told can’t bring all large boxes on train. Subject got on train, all well, had to leave three boxes behind.

Feb. 26

5:38 a.m., public assist, S Pacific; roadway debris, road cleared.

9:50 a.m., disturbance, N Newsom; loud music, no music heard.

3:20 pm., reckless driver, NE Loop 564; erratically driving vehicle, pulled into parking lot, officer will be watching for vehicle.

5:31 p.m., disturbance, S Johnson; loud music, turned down.

5:52 p.m., suspicious person, N Line; vehicle parked in alley, subject all well.

6:41 p.m., information, E Broad; subject said wife victim of hit and run, wife drove home, no report wished, subject afraid other party will file against wife, officer would call.

7:20 p.m., driving while intoxicated, N Pacific; subject behind swerving vehicle, which pulled over. Officer believes behavior not due to intoxicants.

8:34 p.m., disturbance, Ivey/Newsom; subject said can hear male and female arguing, called about them 3 weeks ago, people located, not arguing, no offense.

9:30 p.m., welfare concern, E McDonald; subject threatening to harm self, CPS called, criminal investigations on call, subject all well.

9:33 p.m., welfare concern, Mimosa; welfare check on female juvenile, regarding 9:30 p.m. case, child all well.

Feb. 27

2:11 a.m., information, N Pacific; subject bought boat, lives 4 hours away, wheel having issues, has to leave parked in city, advised to call property owner.

2:32 a.m., public assist, N Pacific; roadway debris, all well.

5:48 a.m., information, McWhorter; subject leaving for a while, direct patrol will be issued.

8:43 a.m., information, 300 Greenville; 911 call, subject called to report incidents making him fearful, did not feel comfortable reporting where he lives, case report filed.

1:59 p.m., child pornography, 300 Greenville; Detective Altman requested case while in a Child Advocacy Center interview, notes will be filled in, case report filed.

3:31 p.m., reckless driver, N Pacific; semi truck with insecure load, officer said appears to be secure.

4:47 p.m., reckless driver, N Pacific; speeding vehicle, unable to locate.

5:54 p.m., assault, Robin; subject said cousin, roommate pushed down, kicked subject after refused to give play tickets, does not wish to pursue charges, said cousin acting crazy, locked in room, unable to locate suspect, case report filed, subject denied medical treatment, no additional offense.

6:41 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564; two 911 hangups, officer checked area, unable to make contact with store, callbacks attempted, called by mistake, all well.

6:46 p.m., information, NE Loop 564; caller said 50 people, maybe not US citizens, leaving bus to go into store, advised contacting immigration, caller’s info not provided, information will be passed to patrol supervisor.

7:19 p.m., public assist, W Loop 564/Country Club; basketball goal in road, unable to locate.

7:22 p.m., suspicious person, S Pacific/S Johnson; man with flashlight walking around city equipment in construction lot, unable to locate.

7:41 p.m., unknown offense, Commerce; man harassing female subjects, running down road, officer told subject to leave.

7:45 p.m., information, Lake Holbrook; Wood County Sheriff’s Office requested being on the lookout for vehicle, subject has threatened to shoot civilians and police.

8:08 p.m., assist other agency, Lake Holbrook; Wood County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance at apartments for fight in progress, assisted until county units able to take over, parties that made threats to police at 7:45 p.m. case likely intoxicated.

11:05 p.m., city ordinance violation, Graham; subject requested officer to tell neighbors to turn down music, party coming to end, music turned down.

11:26 p.m., city ordinance violation, NE city of Mineola; caller is off-duty officer, said gun shots heard inside city limits, no calls received by dispatch, unable to locate.

Officers also made 94 traffic stops, 9 animal control calls, and 4 alarm calls.
