10:58 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, unable to maintain lane, subject not intoxicated.

4:51 p.m., assault, W. Kilpatrick, victim does not wish to pursue charges.

4:55 p.m., unknown offense, Graham, possible fire, no visible smoke or odor.

8:35 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, reckless driver, no violations observed.

10:09 p.m., welfare concern, FM 1801 at Loop 564, driver needed directions.

2:57 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk N. Pacific, vehicle pulled over with flashers on and hood up, subject went with EMS.

3:15 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, subject took basket full of items, two females detained, one uncooperative, case to be filed.

3:34 p.m., disturbance, Kevin, loud music, unable to locate.

5:29 p.m., city ordinance violation, Lowe, loud music, subjects turning it down.

8:12 p.m., city ordinance violation, Lowe, loud music, music is not loud.

9:22 a.m., found property, 300 Greenville, planner left in lobby, owner contacted.

2:52 p.m., trespassing, Baker at Bromberg, subjects criminally trespassed.

5:48 p.m., motor vehicle accident, Loop 564 at FM 1801, two vehicles with injuries, all occupants transferred to Tyler by EMS.

11:35 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, Elaine Carson arrested for driving while intoxicated third or more, possession of dangerous drugs.

2:02 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, officer advised subject on legal matter.

3:14 p.m., reckless driver, 1400 blk S. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

4:57 p.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, subject out for a walk, no offense.

7:46 p.m., welfare concern, Autumn Wind, subject knocking on doors, appears confused, subject back in facility.

5:28 a.m., suspicious person, E. McDonald, man pacing in front of house, everything OK.

6:46 a.m., public assist, 300 blk E. Broad, blocking traffic for water main repair.

7:21 a.m., welfare concern, E. McDonald, open 911 call, accidental.

7:59 a.m., public assist, 200 blk N. Pacific, screwdriver in roadway, cleared.

9:57 a.m., information, NW Loop 564, daughter being harassed, referred to MISD police.

10:08 a.m., warrant service, FM 1801, Alberto Joshua Hernandez arrested (see below). 

11:10 a.m., fraud, W. Broad, checks taken from bank customer.

11:23 a.m., suspicious person, 2200 blk N. Pacific, subject trying to get ride, subject refused to completely ID for officer, said waiting on his mother.

3:27 p.m., motorist assist, 1200 blk N. Pacific, 18 wheeler in roadway, not a traffic hazard.

4:37 p.m., public assist, 300 blk E. Broad, pick up speed trailer.

5:12 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, fingerprinting.

5:31 p.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, child left in vehicle, parent advised not legal.

September 26

2:10 a.m., unsecured area, E. Broad, unlocked door, advised to pull door closed.

9:00 a.m., drug offenses, FM 1801, Alberto Joshua Hernandez arrested for aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping, delivery of marijuana more than four ounces but less than five pounds, manufacture or delivery of controlled substance-five counts, possession of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs.

11:33 a.m., city ordinance violation, NE Loop 564, two men selling bread in parking lot, will be coming to get permit.

3:37 p.m., fraud, W. Broad, checks taken from bank customer.

6:26 p.m., theft, S. Pacific, large tote left at location, someone put it in their vehicle.

6:48 p.m., welfare concern, W. Patton at N. Johnson, two toddlers in roadway, children got out of house without mother’s knowledge and she was looking for them.

7:11 p.m., assist other agency, N. Johnson, potential overdose.

10:43 p.m., city ordinance violation, Kevin, loud music, unable to hear any music.

Officers also made 26 traffic stops and answered 26 animal control calls and two alarms.
