Guilty pleas heard in 402nd District Court

The following guilty pleas were heard and sentences assessed in 402nd District Court in Quitman Oct. 2:

Tassajara Ann Nichols, Gun Barrel City, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $2,500 fine.

Jovanny Samuel Castillo Arce, Longview, cruelty to non-livestock animals, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, seven years community supervision with 160 hours community service.

Carl Harrison Pendergrass III, Greenville, endangering a child - criminal negligence, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 hours community service; evading arrest/detention with a vehicle with a deadly weapon, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine.

Misti Michelle Hasten, Mineola, theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, state jail felony, eight years in state jail with 504 days credit for time served, $500 fine, $100 restitution.

Luther Lee Ray III, Liberty City, assault causes bodily injury family violence with previous conviction, third degree felony, six years in state prison with 195 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine.

Jessica Marie Damian, Grand Saline, theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 222 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine.

Michael Isiah McCormick, Winnsboro, criminal mischief $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine.

John Elton Holt, Talco, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine

Sylvia Jo Infante, Canton, fraudulent use/possession of identifying information less than five items, state jail felony, two years in state prison suspended for four years community supervision, 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $361 restitution.

The following probation was revoked:

Lance Allen Worden, Winnsboro, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, three years in state prison with 59 days credit for time served.
