Francisco Menchaca serves up a mango smoothie at Chill Out in Mineola (118 W. Broad St., 903-638-0604) on Friday afternoon, Sept. 19. Menchaca opened Chill Out with his partner Nicole Campbell in July, serving healthy fare and vegetarian options such as fruit smoothie drinks and bowls. Chill Out is open Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
