402nd District Court accepts guilty pleas

The following guilty pleas were heard in 402nd District Court on Thursday, May 11.

Colton Ray Hawkins, Gilmer, injury to a child/elderly/disabled reckless bodily injury-family violence, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service and $355 court costs.

Sarah Elizabeth Steitle, Mineola, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1) less than one gram, state jail felony, eight months in state jail with 291 days credit for time served, $500 fine and $290 court costs.

Jeremy Dewayne Boyd, Yantis, possession of a controlled substance PG1 one gram or more but less than  four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Michael Jason Robbins, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $355 court costs.

Jason Jerome Palaschak, Mineola, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony, seven years in state prison suspended for 10 years with 160 hours community service, $3,000 fine and $390 court costs.

Kathryn Graham Willeby, Hideaway, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for five years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $2,500 fine and $375 court costs.

Ramsey Cord Burnett, Yantis, evading arrest/detention, Class A misdemeanor, deferred adjudication, two years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $2,500 fine and $290 court costs.

Erin Patrick Corrior, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for five years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $3,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Miranda Faye Collins, Winnsboro, evading arrest with previous conviction, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for five years community supervision with 120 hours community service and $290 court costs.
