October 9

Deputy Whisenhunt, theft; male subject took multiple items from residence including medication, caller will provide complete list, offense report completed.

Cpl. Croney, Deputy Holland, suspicious person, CR 3540; male yelling at cars, deputies observed the male in ditch. Phillip Emerson found to have active warrants, placed in custody.

October 10

Deputy Pollard, mental health crisis; caller advised wife who has dementia was hallucinating, barricaded herself in room, deputies spoke with subject making self-harm statements, transported by EMS for treatment. 

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Croney, dispute, CR 2306; tenant stole landlord’s truck and welder, tenant admitted to stealing truck and welder, offense report completed.

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Whisenhunt, disturbance, CR 3459; victim’s child’s father threatening her, trying to get into her home, male advised female ran inside residence, locked door to keep him from coming in. Adrian Kenrick admitted threatening female, arrested for terroristic threat. 

Deputy Comeaux, theft, CR 1970; someone stole four-wheeler from residence, entered as stolen. 

October 11

Cpl. Rapp, male causing problems in neighborhood; located subject, Calvin Mathis, who had active warrant, arrested.

Deputy Skinner, vehicle theft; vehicle missing from residence; wrecker company advised they towed vehicle. 

Deputy McGee, burglary of vehicle, CR 3689; someone broke into vehicle, stole items, residence added to extra patrol.

October 12

Deputy Smith, runaway juvenile; deputies located juvenile, returned to residence, due to previous issues, Juvenile Probation contacted.

Cpl. Rapp, theft, CR 1879; landlord believes tenant stealing items out of rental house, will call back once he checks residence. 

Deputy Williams, suspicious person, Private Road 7449; female advised she was kidnapped by two males, female’s story not adding up. Alexis Bridges found to have active warrant, placed in custody.

Sgt. Williams, Deputy Way, shots fired, CR 4530; victim advised vehicle stopped in front of house, fired multiple times, deputies located several shell casings in roadway.

October 13

Deputy Way, assault, CR 4150; family member came to residence intoxicated, assaulted victim, left on foot, deputies located subject laying in road, subject transported by EMS to receive treatment for injuries from fall in road, then taken to jail for assault.

Deputy Way, terroristic threat; caller advised coworker terminated for threatening her, then rehired, caller’s husband contacted male, told him to stay away from her, he then threatened harm to them, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Williams, suspicious person, CR 2310; someone knocked on door, ran off, deputy observed subject running across road, jumped fence, unable to locate subject.

October 14

Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Pollard, CPR in progress; EMS administering CPR, unsuccessful. 

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Croney, found stolen property; suspect admitted stealing items, marijuana located in suspect’s possession. Douglas Merrell arrested for possession of marijuana, warrants for the theft will be issued. 

Cpl. Rich, Deputy Haley, welfare check, FM 49; subject complaining of leg pains, transported by EMS.

October 15

Deputy Whisenhunt, burglary, Hwy. 37; business owner advised when he opened restaurant, observed cash register drawer missing, located window the suspect went through to enter building, offense report completed.

Sgt. Morrison, warrant service, Adult Probation. Mitchelle Williamson arrested for active warrant.

Sgt. Williams, Cpl. Rich, disturbance, Holiday Village; victim at friend’s house when one of her friends began messing with her, she left residence, male went to victim’s house, shattered door window attempting to get in, fled in vehicle, while deputies were on scene, they heard vehicle in area, attempted to stop vehicle that began to flee, later stopped, driver refused to cooperate. Darrell McKiddy arrested for criminal mischief, evading with vehicle and resisting arrest.
