June 19
Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Pollard, warrant service, Holiday Village. Kathryn O’Connor arrested for outstanding warrant.
Deputy Pollard, agency assist, Winnsboro PD. Winnsboro PD needed assistance transporting subject to jail.
Deputy Whisenhunt, theft; someone stole grill from caller where he also stored a firearm, firearm entered as stolen.
June 20
Deputy Pollard, animal abuse, Holiday Village; caller advised neighbor strangled dog with choke collar, dog treated for injuries, deputies unable to locate suspect.
Deputies, DPS, reckless driver, Hwy. 154; vehicle pulling trailer missing two back tires, caused sparks which caught right-of-way on fire, C&C store advised same subject caused damage in their parking lot, deputies contacted suspect who advised he did cause damage, offense report completed.
Deputy Williams, Deputy George, warrant service, CR 2503, deputies observed wanted subject flee area in vehicle, unable to locate subject.
June 21
Deputy Way, disturbance, Holiday Village; one subject advised he had been struck by the other but did not have any marks on him, did not wish to pursue charges.
Deputy Haley, suspicious person, CR 3940; subject on caller’s property or near it, deputies unable to locate anyone on property.
Deputy Way, welfare check, CR 4847; owner of trailer has been staying there with no power, female advised someone broke into trailer, stole items, advised she would call back with list of items.
June 22
Deputy Nichols, suspicious person, CR 3490; deputies responded to address previously for male rummaging property, deputies were advised of possible suspect, contacted his family to advise him to stay off property.
Cpl. Rapp, structure fire, FM 17; occupants advised they did not know how fire started, fire marshal notified.
Cpl. Rapp, theft, CR 4450; side by side stolen from residence, case forwarded to investigations.
Sgt. Mayer, Deputy Haley, suspicious male attempting to break into residence, CR 2950. Sgt. Mayer located subject who was intoxicated, another property owner who advised their house was damaged by suspect. Nicholas Fincher arrested for criminal attempt of burglary of habitation, public intoxication and criminal mischief.
Deputy Way, suspicious circumstance, CR 4930; someone knocked on victim’s bedroom window, deputy observed grass laid down near window as if someone had been walking in area, address added for extra patrol.
June 23
Cpl. Rapp, terroristic threat; victims advised male threatened to damage vehicles and assault them, deputy observed text messages from suspect were not direct threats, addresses added for extra patrol.
Deputy Nichols, unwanted subject in residence, CR 3235; female in caller’s residence without permission, left when he asked her, did not wish to pursue charges.
Deputy Haley, Lake Holbrook, multiple intoxicated people; caller advised vehicle with three people inside passed out from being intoxicated, after deputy woke up subjects, they were issued citations for public intoxication, vehicle towed.
Deputy Way, burglary; someone vandalized victim’s property while he was gone, wanted deputy to make sure no one was still inside residence, residence cleared, victim did not wish to pursue charges.
June 24
Deputy Pollard, theft, CR 4275; while victim was out of town, parents allowed subject to stay at residence, firearm missing from his room, possible suspect provided, case forwarded to investigations.
Sgt. Morrison, criminal trespass, CR 2258; caller’s son was on property, advised to leave but did not. Marcus Hanson arrested for criminal trespass.
Cpl. Croney, Deputy Pollard, terroristic threat, Private Road 8574; caller performing a repossession when owner threatened to shoot him if he did not drop the vehicle, caller did not wish to pursue charges, contact was made with resident who advised she did not make any threats.
Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Williams, disturbance, FM 17; victim and ex-girlfriend arguing over selling property, suspect threatened to shoot him, went to retrieve firearm, as victim walked outside, suspect pointed firearm at him. Sandra Powers arrested for aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
Cpl. Burdick, Deputy George, possible stolen vehicle; two subjects’ stole caller’s friend’s vehicle, vehicle owner incarcerated, unable to speak with deputies, caller provided license plate which showed vehicle entered as stolen, deputies responded to possible suspect’s residence, property searched, vehicle not located.
June 25
Deputy Whisenhunt, assault; caller advised he was at address in county earlier in day, assaulted by female, deputy contacted suspect who gave conflicting story, advised she was assaulted, wanted to press charges, offense report completed, case forwarded to investigations.
Lt. Milbourn, Sgt. Morrison, Deputy George, warrant service, CR 2503. Damon Turlington arrested for active warrant.
Lt. Milbourn, Deputy George, intoxicated subject, Lake Holbrook; deputies observed female go into water to evade deputies, Deputy George entered water to detain subject, as deputies attempted to put subject in handcuffs, she began to resist. Courtney Pearce arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest.
Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Rich, harassment, CR 3984; two subjects kept driving by victim’s house displaying obscene gestures, deputies attempted to locate subjects who had active warrants, unable to locate them.
