Deputy Croney, Deputy Comeaux, theft, County Road 3987; multiple rolls of wire stolen from property, case forwarded to investigations.

Sgt. Morrison, warrant service, Hwy. 69. Kenneth Musselwhite, 65, Alba, arrested for outstanding warrant.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, Deputy Croney, person in distress, County Road 3250. Deputies able to get distressed person to meet and speak with them to calm him down. Deputies learned subject violating bond conditions being at that address. Stephen Mancuso, 42, Quitman, arrested for violation of bond conditions.

Deputy Croney, Deputy Comeaux, fraud, lobby; victim advised someone made multiple fraudulent charges to bank account, report made for LifeLock.

Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Way, Deputy Burdick, suicidal subject, Holly Lake Ranch; guard advised suspect made threats to harm himself. Deputies detained male, transported to hospital.

February 16

Deputy Croney and Deputy Comeaux, animal bite report; caller’s daughter bitten by family dog, taken to hospital. Proof of vaccination shown for dog.

Lt. Milbourn, Sgt. Morrison, Deputy Croney assisted Mineola PD with missing juvenile; father advised son became upset, began attacking him. When father pulled over, son ran out of vehicle into woods. Deputies located juvenile, transported to juvenile probation.

Deputy Pollard, assault; victim advised boss had yet to pay him, when confronted, boss made him come to his house, assaulted him, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Pollard, disturbance, Holly Lake Ranch; deputy observed female throw something, located baggie containing crystal-like substance. Sharon Gaddis, 68, Scurry arrested for possession of controlled substance.

February 17

Deputy Rapp, request to speak; caller advised male came to residence, left eviction notice, claiming to be constable, name provided is not constable, case forwarded to investigations.

Cpl. Baldwin, pedestrian-vehicle collision, Alba; victim advised male hit him with side of truck, suspect rushing on scene due to girlfriend being injured, victim did not wish to pursue charges.

Deputy Kovic, disturbance, FM 17; caller stated they were arguing over his lot due to him being evicted. Parties advised to separate until they can have eviction hearing.

February 18

Deputy Rapp, Deputy Kovic, disturbance, County Road 2110; caller stated there was male on property without permission, male stated his family owned property in area and he could be fishing, later discovered caller pulled firearm on male, did not point at him.

Cpl. Baldwin, Deputy Gould, disturbance, County Road 2444; two males fighting due to one of their dogs biting the other person, animal bite report completed, neither party wished to pursue charges.

Sgt. Skinner, Cpl. Mayer, Deputy Gould, disturbance, County Road 4885; caller’s granddaughter assaulted by daughter’s boyfriend, victim transported to EMS, deputies located suspect, Eli Stone, 21, Winnsboro arrested for assault, possession of  controlled substance, possession of marijuana.

Deputy Gould, Deputy Mayer, female in ditch, FM 515; female had been drinking with friends, assaulted by one, report completed, case forwarded to investigations.

Sgt. Skinner, Deputy Hughes, traffic stop, FM 49; driver fled from Deputy Hughes for three miles, pulled onto County Road 2650, surrendered. Dustyn Loyd, 22, Murchison arrested for evading in vehicle. 

February 19

Cpl. Baldwin, Deputy Rapp, disturbance, County Road 3494; caller’s son threatened her, stated he would take a lot of medication. Deputies transported son to get assistance.

Cpl. Baldwin, Deputy Kovic, disturbance, County Road 3689; caller stated she was pushed off porch of a residence, caller fled scene, property owner stated caller forced her way into residence so she then pushed her back out of residence.

Deputy Gould, disturbance, County Road 4919; caller got into argument with father, turned physical, deputies discovered father attempting to discipline child, no offense occurred.

Sgt. Skinner, 911 hang up, County Road 1452; couple arguing, nothing became physical.

February 20

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, disturbance, FM 312; deputies learned no offense occurred, person made suicidal statements, transported to receive treatment.

Cpl. Cooper, traffic stop, County Road 4890; observed vehicle with expired registration, detected marijuana odor, located crystal-like substance, possible stolen firearm. Derwood Davis, 62, Winnsboro arrested for possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of firearm.

Lt Milbourn, Sgt Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, intoxicated pedestrian, County Road 2174; positive alert from canine, deputies located marijuana on suspect and crystal-like substance. Jeremi Mason, 46, Quitman arrested for possession of marijuana and controlled substance.

Deputy Burdick, disturbance, FM 17; property owner removing someone for no payment, advised the person acting strangely, wanted to criminally trespass, deputies spoke with subject, appeared OK, trespassed.

February 21

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Cooper, suicidal subject, Holiday Village; located lacerations to subject’s arms, multiple firearms in residence, transported subject to receive treatment.

Cpl. Cooper, theft; someone broke into shed on victim’s property, stole multiple items, provided possible suspects, case forwarded to investigations.

Sgt. Morrison, Corporal Cooper, warrant service; individual stated wanted person not at residence. Corporal observed wanted person behind residence, Kelly Hernandez, 36, Mineola, arrested for outstanding warrant. Jimmie Compton, 47, Mineola arrested for hindering apprehension. While gathering subjects’ belongings, observed syringe. After search warrant, deputies and CID located 7.3 grams of meth. 

Deputy Croney, Deputy Comeaux, assault; victim assaulted by husband, received injuries, wished to pursue charges, case forwarded to investigations.

Cpl. Rapp, assault, Sun Eagle Bay; female had abrasions on knees from being pushed down by boyfriend. Austin Patrick, 35, Euless arrested for assault.
