Deputy Cooper, animal bite; caller was with rescue center picking up dog at residence when it bit her. Vaccine records were provided, dog will be quarantined. 

September 29

Sgt. Williams, criminal trespass, County Road 1475; victim stated male making threats, wanted him trespassed, suspect left prior to deputies’ arrival, has not been served.

Deputy Burdick, disturbance, FM 312; male advised neighbors threatened to shoot him, did not wish to pursue charges.

Deputy Morrison, warrant service, County Road 1676. Bobby Sims, 45, Alba arrested for outstanding warrant.

September 30

Cpl. Cooper, traffic stop, Hwy. 69; observed vehicle listed in a BOLO, had expired registration, confirmed active warrant on driver, located powdery substance on him. Cory Lowther, 44, Point arrested for outstanding warrant, possession of controlled substance. 

Deputy Rapp, civil matter, FM 2966; 18-wheeler caused damage to loading dock during the night, driver did not see pole when backing up. 

Deputy Rapp, fraud, Quitman; caller received call telling her she owed money or would be sued, provided debit card information which was charged, case forwarded to investigations.

October 1

Deputy Gould, disturbance, County Road 2336; victim’s wife came home, began arguing, kept him from calling 911 twice, suspect left scene prior to deputies’ arrival, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Rapp, assault after the fact, Winnsboro ER; victim went to residence to pick up vehicle, husband began arguing, assaulted her, victim requested protection order, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Gould, theft, Winnsboro; two dogs stolen from residence, had possible suspect, dogs not located at suspected address, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Rapp, burglary, County Road 1475; someone broke into caller’s mother’s house, took multiple items, provided list of missing items, case forwarded to investigations.

October 2

Deputy Kovic, criminal trespass, County Road 3440; caller received a call that two people were on property without permission. Camera footage provided but suspects could not be identified, case forwarded to investigations.

Deputy Rapp, harassment; while caller attended community meeting, one of members became upset with him, caller stated board member followed him home, tailgated him. 

October 3

Bailiff Officer Burge, warrant service at adult probation. Jeremy Hullett, 27, Lindale arrested for outstanding warrant and attempting to falsify drug test.

Deputy Rapp, identity theft, Private Road 6323; social media accounts hacked, money transferred out of bank accounts, caller will fill out identity theft packet, case forwarded to investigations. 

October 4

Deputy Rapp, disturbance, FM 2659; victim got into argument with friend who grabbed arm, shot three rounds off near him, did not wish to pursue charges.

Deputy Morrison and Deputy Whisenhunt, disturbance, FM 779; victim husband got into argument at residence, suspect assaulted victim causing injuries, left scene prior to deputies’ arrival, case forwarded to investigations. 

Deputy Morrison, theft, FM 1801; caller had trailer and multiple items stolen from job site, provided list of items, case forwarded to investigations.
