Cass County Genealogical Society meeting Tuesday
On Tuesday Charles Steger, Cass County Genealogical Society’s resident historian and genealogist emeritus, will present “Where We Come From.”
He will explain how and when the local counties were formed and how many of the county lines and boundaries were moved and changed through the years.
This will be the regular monthly meeting of the society in the Fellowship Hall of the First United Methodist Church of Queen City at the corner of Marietta and Fourth Streets.
The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. and members hope that as many members of the public as possible will join them for this monthly meeting.
As always they will serve a light meal and beverages and the public is invited.
