Vaccine clinics scheduled in county

The Northeast Texas Public Health District will hold a COVID-19 vaccination clinic Wednesday, May 12 at the Mineola Civic Center from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The first-dose Pfizer and single-shot Johnson and Johnson vaccines will be available.

Make appointments at NETHealthCOVID19.org or call 903-617-6404.

Masks must be worn while attending the shot clinic.

Other clinics in the county include the following:

First doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be available May 3-May 7 from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. at the Winnsboro Train Depot, located at 100 East Broadway in downtown Winnsboro.

On Thursday, May 13, NET Health is providing free COVID vaccines at the Family Community Center, located at 147 N. Hopkins St. in Alba. Participants may select to receive the 1-Dose J&J vaccine or to receive the 1st dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

On Saturday, May 15, NET Health is providing free COVID vaccines at the Quitman Public Library, located at 202 E. Goode St. in Quitman. Participants may select to receive the 1-Dose J&J vaccine or to receive the 1st dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
