Holly Brook stitchers create bears for Romania
Small soft bears created by women at Holly Brook Baptist Church will be sent to Romania this summer to comfort children who are having medical, dental, or eye procedures.
The 240 bears were sewn by Holly Stitchers, a sewing ministry at Holly Brook Baptist Church, Hawkins, led by Pat Cude. Stitchers and Women on Mission members stuffed the bears.
The Gary Bowlin Evangelistic Ministries of Summit, Mississippi, will take the bears on a medical mission to Romania in July for distribution to the children.
