Quitman Rotary Club Students of the month of March announced
The Quitman Rotary Club announced its selections for the Rotary Club Students of the Month for March: Jill Baumann and Daniel Davis.
Jill Baumann is the daughter of Thomas and Jacquelyn Baumann. She is the editor-in-chief and head photographer of the yearbook and the historian of the National Honor Society. She owns a photography business, Jill B. Photography. Her future plans include attending Texas A&M University in College Station and majoring in Forensic & Investigative Science. After college, she will eventually earn her Master's Degree and work for the DEA or FBI as a crime lab technician.
Daniel Davis is the son of Q.C. and Lyn Davis. He was the starting quarterback for the Varsity football team, and he is running track. Daniel plans on taking track all the way to state this year "by giving forth 110% effort." Daniel plans on attending one of three different colleges: Western New England University in Massachusetts, Rose- Hulman University in Indiana, and Liberty University in Virginia. Daniel intends on playing football for any of these three colleges. Daniel expects to take all of his core curriculum in the first year of college, and then discovering what he wants to major in the following year.
