Wood County criminals sentenced
Seven Wood County Criminals were sentenced on April 3, according to a release from Wood County Criminal District Attorney Jim Wheeler.
Ted Matthew Cryder was sentenced to 20 years in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institution (TDCJ-ID) Division prison for injury to a child - serious bodily injury with a deadly weapon.
Timothy Michael Wilcox was given two 15- year sentences in a TDCJID prison for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Charlie Sanders, Jr. was sentenced to 12 years in a TDCJ-ID prison for driving while intoxicated - 3rd offense or more.
David Lee Pruitt, Sr. was sentence to 10 years in a TDCJ-ID prison for evading arrest with a vehicle.
Larry Hooks, Jr. was sentenced to nine years in a TDCJ-ID prison for aggravated kidnapping; and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District sentenced him in January for possession with intent to distribute - methamphetamine for 125 months.
Jimmy Michael Willis, Jr. was sentenced to eight years in a TDCJ-ID prison for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct.
Sterlin Farley was sentenced to two years in a TDCJ-ID prison for injury to an elderly individual.
