6:35 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, subject tried to leave store without paying for items, being uncooperative, left in vehicle, vehicle stopped, Caleb Wayne Mabry arrested.

4:37 p.m., city ordinance violation, Circle, smoke coming from area for days, burn permit on file for location.
7:41 p.m., disturbance, W. Patten, subjects in vehicles arguing, parties separated.
8:51 p.m., welfare concern, Greenville, subject has not heard from daughter, is jailed in Smith County.
