5:19 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk N. Johnson, subject unable to back out of alley due to people taking prom photos, another subject called and advised subject pushed people out of the way with vehicle, no one injured and no one wished to press charges.

5:47 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, vehicle struck in parking lot, witness left note.

6:35 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, subject tried to leave store without paying for items, being uncooperative, left in vehicle, vehicle stopped, Caleb Wayne Mabry arrested.

7:10 p.m., unsecured area, E. Broad, building unoccupied, building secured.

7:47 p.m., public assist, 100 blk N. Johnson, question about prior call.

8:56 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Country Club Dr., vehicle parked partially in roadway, moved out of roadway.

April 13

3:01 a.m., suspicious person, Second, subject outside being loud, returned to residence.

10:42 a.m., city ordinance violation, Turman, loud music, turned off.

7:17 p.m., found property, Johnson at Commerce, phone, owner to pick up.

7:37 p.m., city ordinance violation, Isabelle, machinery making noise, problem resolved.

7:38 p.m., found property, E. Broad, bag with white powder in bathroom.

11:10 p.m., suspicious person, Wigley, loud noise, unable to locate anyone on property. 

April 14

10:59 a.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, no record of prior report, will come to PD.

1:34 p.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, subject smoking weed in front of store, subject only had cigar.

4:34 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 300 blk W. Broad, Charles William Marrs arrested.

4:47 p.m., welfare concern, W. Patten, subject did not want to go to father’s house.

12:58 a.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk S. Pacific, in and out of traffic, tried to get reporting party to pull over, unable to locate.

1:06 p.m., sexual assault, Dubose, from 2012, statute of limitations expired, case investigated thoroughly at the time.

1:13 p.m., suspicious person, 100 blk NE Loop 564, Mineola police investigator.

1:57 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, woman begging for money, driver stated she was waiting for overheated car to cool down.

4:02 p.m., motor vehicle accident, Walnut, vehicle hit mailbox.

4:37 p.m., city ordinance violation, Circle, smoke coming from area for days, burn permit on file for location.

7:41 p.m., disturbance, W. Patten, subjects in vehicles arguing, parties separated.

8:51 p.m., welfare concern, Greenville, subject has not heard from daughter, is jailed in Smith County.

8:59 p.m., motorist assist, S. Loop 564 at S. Pacific, subject has wrecker en route.

9:19 p.m., harassment, Clara, threatening text messages from ex-girlfriend, advised how to handle situation.

April 18

12:13 a.m., information, NE Loop 564 at FM 1254, vehicle broken down in no parking zone.

4:454 a.m., assist other agency, CR 2430 at Hwy. 37, welfare check, disoriented female, went with EMS.

6:19 a.m., motorist assist, male given ride, related to prior call.

11:21 a.m., welfare concern, Good, no one would come to door.

3:33 p.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific, stalled vehicle at entrance, moved.

3:51 p.m., welfare concern, 500 blk Greenville, given ride to Alba.

5:43 p.m., motorist assist, E. Broad at N. Pacific, lights not working properly, officer advised lights working.

6:48 p.m., assist other agency, Second, agitated EMS patient.

7:15 p.m., motorist assist, Sycamore, vehicle speeding, unable to locate.

7:27 p.m., motorist assist, 300 Greenville, road rage incident, parties separated after discussing with officer.

7:41 p.m., city ordinance violation, Line at Buchanan, dog barking, unable to locate.

7:50 p.m., information, Line at Commerce, directed patrol requested for trailer with vehicles for car show.

Officers also made 52 traffic stops and answered 13 animal control calls and six alarms.
