12:45 a.m., assist other agency, Autumn Wind, EMS call.

1:51 a.m., disturbance, Sycamore, neighbor had party, about 20 people fighting, four patients for EMS, one subject detained.

7:09 a.m., public assist, Meredith, requested officer drive by residence.

9:39 a.m., theft, Pegues, items taken from carport, has security camera footage.

11:26 a.m., motorist assist, Heritage at Nancy, vehicle parked in roadway, moved.

1:01 p.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific at Loop 564, vehicle broken down, out of roadway.

1:09 p.m., unsecured area, W. Broad, doors open but no one there, employee forgot to lock door.

1:55 p.m., suspicious person, W. Broad, man has permission to look at vehicles.

4:45 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, minor hit and run after the fact, did not happen in Mineola.

4:53 p.m., harassment, Goodson Cir., civil matter over lawsuit threats.

8:21 p.m., disturbance, W. Broad, misunderstanding over broken down vehicle.

9:15 p.m., motorist assist, NE Loop 564 at N. Pacific, removing debris from roadway.

11:39 p.m., suspicious person, English, suspect knocked on door, David Donald Diaz Cortez, Mineola, arrested for driving while intoxicated third or more.

11:47 p.m., harassment, CR 2716, related to prior event, referred to correct agency.

June 23

12:57 a.m., public assist, W. Front, non-custody transport.

5:11 a.m., subject stopped, N. Pacific, two juveniles, both are 17, getting doughnuts.

6:41 a.m., assist other agency, Landers, EMS call.

11:57 a.m., disturbance, N. Newsom, verbal only.

4:26 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, officer flagged down, everything OK.

4:30 p.m., assault, 300 Greenville, subject reported assault.

4:33 p.m., suspicious person, Circle Dr., unable to locate subject.

6:19 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Loop 564, two vehicles, fire dept., EMS and wrecker on scene.

9:42 p.m., information, W. Patten at University, glass in debris on roadway.

10:49 p.m., theft, N. Newsom.

11:18 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Newsom at Ivey, everything OK.

11:30 p.m., suspicious person, N. Newsom, someone trying to get into residence, everything OK.

June 24

12:00 a.m., suspicious person, N. Newsom, someone trying to break into house, no suspects in sight or signs of attempted entry.

1:42 p.m., assist other agency, FM 49 at Loop 564.

4:42 p.m., warrant service, Tuck Dr., Joey Evat Tave arrested.

5:18 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Circle Dr., vehicle in alley, owner contacted, is having vehicle towed.

6:27 p.m., assist other agency, W. Broad at CR 2842, reckless driver, unable to locate.

6:46 p.m., public assist, W. Broad at CR 2841, debris in roadway, removed.

7:22 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2205, assist EMS.

11:54 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 400 blk N. Pacific, Melissa Ann Cunningham arrested for Trinity County warrant.

June 25

10:20 a.m., assist other agency, Greenville, officer requested by EMS for combative patient.

11:47 a.m., information, N. Pacific, out of town resident reported bank card used locally.

1:34 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, cannot contact neighbor, also cat and kittens in front of residence.

6:47 p.m., motorist assist, S. Pacific at Front, motor home broken down, out of roadway.

10:22 p.m., motorist assist, 1400 blk N. Pacific, vehicle dragging something, waiting for assistance.

11:11 p.m., welfare concern, Greenville, patient transported by EMS.

11:16 p.m., assist other agency, E. Hwy. 80 at FM 1804, one detained until DPS arrives.

June 26

3:37 a.m., assault, Greenville, subject refused treatment earlier, has hit several nurses, advised no law enforcement action could be taken.

5:47 a.m., disturbance, W. Blair, subject has permission to be at residence, no offense occurred.

9:18 a.m., assist other agency, 800 blk Graham, tree in roadway, not traffic hazard.

1:37 p.m., welfare concern, S. Pacific at Loop 564, children in back of vehicle not belted, heading south, reported to Lindale.

12:54 p.m., welfare concern, Kings Lane at Greenville, possible heat stroke, transported by EMS.

1:53 p.m., information, 1200 blk Bromberg, vehicle repossession.

2:21 p.m., assist other agency, Belcher at South, tree in roadway, public works contacted.

4:41 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, two vehicles, no injuries.

9:24 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, cell phone.

10:47 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Pacific, cleaning crew.

June 27

7:04 a.m., suspicious person, Heritage, everything OK.

8:45 a.m., public assist, N. Johnson, flat tire, wrecker on scene.

9:46 a.m., information, Chloe, check ID for stolen vehicle.

1:33 p.m., harassment, W. Buchanan, party lives in house that belongs to church, board member harassing party about property, party is trying to move, criminal trespass warning issued.

7:47 p.m., theft, N. Newsom, vehicle parked in alley, subjects stealing, manager requested subjects be criminally trespassed.

8:27 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 1200 blk N. Pacific, Francisco Ramirez Ruiz arrested for driving while intoxicated.

8:58 p.m., reckless driver, NE Loop 564, in parking lot, vehicle located parked and unoccupied.

11:13 p.m., subject stopped, N. Pacific, subject detained, not placed in custody due to Wood County not taking in subjects on Class A misdemeanors and Tyler PD and Smith County would not pick up subject.

June 28

3:35 a.m., public assist, E. Patten at N. Pacific, juvenile walking, subject has been kicked out of house in Jamestown, has been walking for four hours, given ride to police station, coworker to pick her up.

8:00 a.m., trespassing, W. Buchanan, subject criminally trespassed from property drove by taking photos, trespass order not violated.

8:15 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, parking lot, video shows vehicle not damaged at this location.

1:57 p.m., welfare concern,100 blk E. Broad, female with trouble breathing, confused, transported by EMS.

2:41 p.m., welfare concern, Greenville, upset subject, attempting to break windows to get out, transported by EMS.

2:44 p.m., public assist, 900 blk N. Pacific, trash in roadway, removed.

3:56 p.m., welfare concern, Walnut, neighbor’s car on side of road with door open, related to earlier EMS call.

7:41 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, verbal only, no offense committed.

8:06 p.m., assist other agency, E. Loop 564 at FM 49, assist sheriff’s office.

11:14 p.m., information, CR 2267, vehicle repossession.

Officers also made 66 traffic stops and answered 15 animal control calls and three alarms.
