6:44 a.m., city ordinance violation, Giles, report of gunshots, several calls, officer advised a dog attacked his dogs and chickens, acted aggressively toward him, shot dog in self-defense, owner contacted, did not want dog, sheriff’s office to complete report.

9:57 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, building locked and secure.

12:15 p.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, subject came into museum seeking help, asked for ride to train station, party asked for officer to check on her, advised subject OK and any offense was in Hawkins area.

3:19 p.m., public assist, E. Broad, keys locked in vehicle, vehicle unlocked.

3:49 p.m., fraud, FM 1253, advised will need to contact Smith County.

5:22 p.m., alarm, S. Pacific, unlocked door set off alarm.

5:40 p.m., found property, 300 Greenville, cell found, owner retrieved.

8:54 p.m., unknown offense, N. Hwy. 69, driver threw out bottle, hitting vehicle, unable to locate.

9:25 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724, vehicle at Nature Preserve, driver will be leaving.

10:56 p.m., unknown offense, S. Line St., 911 call, sounds like a fight, refused to serve intoxicated male, escorted out, left with wife. 

April 2

12:27 a.m., terroristic threat, S. Line, patron from earlier disturbance keeps calling, making threat, advised no direct threats made, if continues, could file harassment case.

3:17 a.m., S. Line, subjects in parking lot, threatening staff, verbal, no weapons, terroristic threats made, party does not wish to file charges.

12:17 p.m., found property, N. Pacific, released to owner.

3:10 p.m., motorist assist, 300 Greenville, directions given.

3:21 p.m., information, 100 E. Broad, pair of shoes left.

3:41 p.m., alarm, Mimosa, everything appears OK.

10:41 p.m., disturbance, Wigley, male and female fighting, verbal only.

April 3

1:17 a.m., unsecured area, N. Johnson, open door, door secured.

1:25 a.m., unsecured area, N. Johnson, door unlocked, made door as secure as possible.

8:58 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, accidental.

10:12 a.m., warrant service, Rainbow, no contact.

10:29 a.m., information, Park Place, subject wants to speak to officer about neighbor.

10:49 a.m., disturbance Dubose, subject trying to get property, verbal only, parties separated.

2:42 p.m., information, Stone, follow up.

2:44 p.m., theft, S. Pacific, pair of shorts.

3:47 p.m., alarm, Brenda, residence appears to be OK.

4:29 p.m., warrant service, Rainbow, no contact.

4:40 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Rainbow, property owner having vehicle towed.

4:45 p.m., fraud, Maxine, question about letter received.

7:37 p.m., assist other agency, McDaniels, EMS and fire.

9:32 p.m., civil matter, 300 Greenville, subject advised party not making payments on vehicle purchased, advised is a civil matter.

11:29 p.m., assist other agency, Maxine, fire and EMS, subject transported. 

April 4

8:19 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, several calls, 18 wheeler, erratic driving, vehicle stopped, two warnings issued.

9:48 a.m., civil matter, S. Newsom, tree cut down on subject’s property without permission or notification.

4:48 p.m., trespassing, Park Place, criminal trespass issued.

8:21 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Newsom, loud music, unable to locate.

8:38 p.m., disturbance, E. Broad, male and female yelling and pushing each other, parties separated.

April 5

12:01 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Wigley, suspect advised he lives nearby and was using home Wifi while cooling down after argument.

3:10 a.m., unknown offense, E. Blair, subject’s soon-to-be ex came into residence without permission and took items, request to be criminally trespassed, some items returned to police station.

8:51 a.m., alarm, Landers, everything OK.

12:01 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk N. Pacific, trailer came off truck, moved from roadway.

1:43 p.m., civil matter, N. Johnson, party reported husband intoxicated, advised no crime occurred and is civil matter.

3:05 p.m., warrant service, Nancy, Johnny Wayne Foster arrested, aggravated sexual assault of a child.

3:45 p.m., information, Minwood, follow up, subject located firearm that was reported stolen.

4:02 p.m., alarm, Brenda, everything OK.

6:08 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk NW Loop 564, subject ran out of gas.

7:10 p.m., public assist, E. Blair, request to remove criminal trespass warning.

8:01 p.m., theft, E. Broad, couple with child walked out without paying check.

10:00 p.m., city ordinance violation, Frances, loud music, fire burning, music turned down, no fire found.

April 6

8:19 a.m., welfare concern, Second, has not heard from mother, subject is OK.

10:59 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 2200 blk N. Pacific, two vehicles.

12:43 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

2:47 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 900 blk N. Johnson, two vehicles.

3:46 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

5:37 p.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, open 911 call, caller contacted, stated it was accidental, but while walking was almost hit by vehicle.

8:36 p.m., welfare concern, Newsom, unable to contact friend, made contact.

10:17 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 1000 blk N. Pacific, Bobby Matthew Reeves, Lane, Okla. arrested, possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1/1-B, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, possession of marijuana, five pounds or less but more than four ounces.

April 7

12:25 a.m., theft, S. Stone, subject claims suspect took keys and checks out of vehicle, no evidence to support claim, parties separated.

2:32 a.m., disorderly conduct, Debbie, guest being obnoxious, parties separated.

4:37 a.m., welfare concern, S. Stone, concern that property will be stolen, directed patrol issued.

12:16 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, unable to get resident to answer door, everything fine.

6:58 p.m., motor vehicle accident, S. Pacific, two vehicles.

9:36 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 80 at FM 1799, one vehicle traffic crash, no injuries, trooper on scene.

11:30 p.m., alarm, S. Pacific, front door left unlocked.

Officers also made 50 traffic stops and 35 animal control calls.
