2:35 a.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, 911 hang up, subject requested EMS for sister.

3:22 a.m., city ordinance violation, Country Club Dr., dog barking, spoke to homeowner.

9:43 a.m., alarm, S. Pacific, canceled.

11:00 a.m., harassment, N. Newsom, neighbor texting about issue, appears to be resolved.

11:33 a.m., disturbance, E. Broad, parties separated.

5:14 p.m., harassment, N. Newsom, neighbor sending texts, from prior call, directed patrol set up.

5:39 p.m., unknown offense, NE Loop 564, subject acting strangely, put items behind trash can, item returned and no charges to be filed.

9:05 p.m., information, FM 1801, hat with flashing LED lights in ditch.

February 19

1:23 a.m., suspicious person, Phillips, subject shining flashlight at homes, unable to locate.

7:36 a.m., assist other agency, Wren, electrical line in yard, electric company notified, barricades placed.

9:33 a.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, no need for officer to contact subject.

9:58 a.m., escort, N. Pacific at Loop 564, funeral.

11:09 a.m., welfare concern, English, 911 hang up, kids trying to use phone.

11:46 a.m., information, N. Newsom, text message to show officer, added to prior case.

12:47 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk NE Loop 564, hit and run.

3:18 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, phone taken from worker’s cart.

6:02 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, more information from prior call.

8:11 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, subject wanted to report incident, referred to school district.

10:40 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, referred to Quitman PD.

11:10 p.m., assist other agency, S. Hwy. 69 at first bridge, vehicle in ditch, DPS officer on scene.

11:40 p.m., motor vehicle accident, S. Pacific at river bridge, no accident, one vehicle trying to pull out another vehicle from median.

11:43 a.m., harassment, N. Newsom, threatening message, previously reported.

11:45 a.m., criminal mischief, N. Line, screen door damage from attempted break in.

3:51 p.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, subject around business all day, out front and undressing.

5:25 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, older subject with walker, just out for a walk.

5:34 p.m., city ordinance violation, 700 blk University, burning, putting fire out.

7:45 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, subject stashed large duffel bag behind store, Stephan William Vanscoy, Mineola arrested for possession of marijuana five pounds or less but more than four ounces, possession of a controlled substance penalty group two more than four grams and less than 400, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and forgery of a financial instrument (elderly), criminal trespass warning issued.

11:04 p.m., city ordinance violation, 100 blk Wood, loud music, warning issued.

11:30 p.m., welfare concern, W. Broad, subject went voluntarily to hospital with EMS.

February 21

12:47 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 200 blk Greenville, hit and run.

5:01 a.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 69 at CR 431, traffic crash.

6:05 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 2200 blk N. Pacific, driver waiting for mechanic.

8:53 a.m., information, W. Kilpatrick, subject left laptop on top of vehicle.

10:43 a.m., warrant service, N. Line at Turman, search warrant executed.

10:50 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, hit and run.

5:40 p.m., assist other agency, NW Loop 564, assist fire department.

5:46 p.m., information, University, request to speak to officer.

February 22

12:06 a.m., unknown offense, 1000 blk N. Pacific, female laying in vehicle for two hours, walked into laundry mat upon officer arrival.

1:39 a.m., assist other agency, 1100 blk N. Pacific, assist sheriff’s office with search.

6:45 a.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, subject outside speaking to customers and will not leave.

8:38 a.m., assist other agency, 300 Greenville, roadway blocked, traffic rerouted.

9:55 a.m., motorist assist, 100 blk Stone, truck going to Stone to get around railroad closure at Pacific.

11:28 a.m., motor vehicle accident, Front at Johnson, two vehicles.

11:55 a.m., welfare concern, 100 blk Debby, subjects being kicked out of hotel, have no place to go, CPS contacted, one more night paid.

12:08 p.m., terroristic threat, Greenville, concerning comments made by delivery driver, no offense occurred.

3:19 p.m., drunken person, N. Pacific, officer advised subject not intoxicated.

6:27 p.m., warrant service, Wigley, subject left prior to officer arrival.

8:23 p.m., assist other agency, W. Broad, assist fire department.

9:57 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, subject with information about fires set several years ago.

February 23

12:56 a.m., alarm, S. Pacific, everything secure.

February 24

12:34 a.m., welfare concern, N. Johnson, subject reports being tired and thirsty after Dumpster diving, taken bottle of water.

6:40 a.m., alarm, Loop 564, accidental.

8:57 a.m., assault, 600 blk W. Broad, female reported being hit several times by boyfriend, Casey Piburn arrested.

10:17 a.m., suspicious person, 100 blk N. Johnson, person outside business shaving with glass, unable to locate.

12:44 p.m., harassment, N. Pacific, party reports man and family stalking him, has video of them damaging vehicle.

1:02 p.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, subject left tablet in cart, has been disabled.

1:49 p.m., 700 blk Stone, suspicious person, digging up pipe in yard, water department to check for damage to meter.

2:07 p.m., harassment, Broad St., subjects smoking marijuana, harassing employees, asked to leave and refused, will call if they return.

4:57 p.m., found property, 300 Greenville, iPad, brought to station, returned to owner.

6:41 p.m., unknown offense, 900 blk W. Broad, male passed out in vehicle, asleep while waiting on wife to get off work.

8:45 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, subject did not scan some items, arrested Billy Ray Clark, Mineola, for theft of property.

11:05 p.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, varies speed, unable to locate.

Officer also made 45 traffic stops and 18 animal control calls.
