12:42 a.m., criminal mischief, NE Loop 564, vehicle doing doughnuts in parking lot, unable to locate.

12:56 a.m., criminal mischief, NE Loop 564, vehicle from earlier report has returned, unable to locate.

2:18 a.m., assist other agency, E. Hwy. 80, report of lady knocking on door, unable to locate.

6:09 a.m., public assist, 1800 blk CR 2724, event at nature preserve, requesting gate to be unlocked early.

9:06 a.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, traffic issues around residence, directed patrol issued.

9:48 a.m., suspicious person, N. Newsom, check residence for subject seen on security camera, property locked and secure, directed patrol issued.

10:22 a.m., public assist, University, items stolen from location, TV taken was trash and subject does not wish to press charges.

11:42 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject reported with warrant, advised has not been issued yet.

12:17 p.m., suspicious person, Kilpatrick at Johnson, male in white truck with Biden stickers causing issues, left prior to officer arrival.

12:42 p.m., disturbance, University, female crawled in window and yelling at subject. Parties separated, subject does not wish to file charges.

5:27 p.m., unknown offense, E. Broad, dually pickup blocking traffic, officer advised may be sticking out but legally parked.

6:45 p.m., harassment, 300 blk Greenville, criminal trespass requested for subject’s son, not issued due to subject being at Quitman residence.

7:19 p.m., drunken subject, 100 blk W. Front, subject taken away from public event.

8:49 p.m., city ordinance violation, South, loud music, coming from downtown festival.

9:11 p.m., unknown offense, Edwards, vehicles, unable to locate.

10:37 p.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, someone needing directions.

11:12 p.m., assault, N. Newsom.

11:19 p.m., reckless driver, University, speeding, officer clocked at 18 miles per hour.

11:33 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, accidental.

September 25

12:05 a.m., public assist, N. Newsom, subject transported.

1:25 a.m., city ordinance violation, Wigley, loud music, unable to locate.

1:42 a.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific, disabled vehicle, assisted.

3:05 a.m., alarm, S. Johnson, burned toast.

7:38 a.m., reckless driver, Hwy. 37 at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, no violation observed.

8:20 a.m., welfare concern, Good at Wigley, truck parked 4-5 days with generator running, driver OK.

1:50 p.m., found property, Greenville, found in resident’s room, criminal trespass requested for subject believed bringing drugs into facility.

3:15 p.m., information, S. Pacific, question about legality of item sold in store.

5:24 p.m., found property, 1800 blk N. Pacific, bank card left at ATM.

7:38 p.m., disturbance, Greenville, subject trying to get into facility, criminal trespass issued.

10:07 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, subject seen on security camera drop off package and run, officers advised what was seen was a cat.

September 26

12:09 a.m., disturbance, 200 blk E. Blair, subject left stranded following argument, no offense.

12:55 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, everything OK.

3:31 a.m., information, McDaniels, vehicle repossession.

5:27 a.m., suspicious person, W. McDonald, female on construction site, criminal trespass warning issued.

7:29 a.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Pacific, abandoned in parking lot, advised to have vehicle towed.

7:55 a.m., motorist assist, W. Loop 564 at W. Patten, disabled, able to get moved.

8:36 a.m., found property, CR 2724, prescription glasses.

5:02 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, subject walked out of store without paying for item, claimed miscommunication due to language barrier, issued criminal trespass warning.

5:57 p.m., reckless driver, 1200 blk N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

9:26 p.m., assist other agency, Graham, serving temporary protective order.

September 27

2:16 a.m., suspicious person, Second, someone beating on door, unable to locate.

2:59 a.m., suspicious person, Second, same subject.

8:50 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, high speed, passing in no passing zone, unable to locate.

9:07 a.m., fraud, 100 blk Gerald, concern with taxes being misfiled, referred to IRS.

9:14 a.m., trespassing, Wren at Walnut, someone camping near train tracks, criminal trespass issued.

9:35 a.m., trespassing, 400 blk E. Broad, near railroad, unable to locate.

10:04 a.m., found property, N. Johnson, pills in bathroom, identified as vitamins.

2:21 p.m., civil matter, Brenda, vehicle being towed, OK for vehicle to remain, has been sold.

3:01 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, erratic driving, officer advised driver is OK.

6:06 p.m., found property, N. Pacific, wallet, owner picked up.

6:16 p.m., information, N. Johnson, subject driving by house has warrant.

7:45 p.m., disturbance, Brenda, verbal only, parties separated.

8:02 p.m., disturbance, Minwood, subject drove off with step-daughter, unable to locate, no offense occurred.

8:19 p.m., disturbance, Brenda, party reported girlfriend hit in face, arrested Tammy Gale Hernandez, subject slipped one hand out of hand cuffs, spit on officer, charges - assault-family violence, resisting arrest, harassment of public servant.

9:13 p.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, could not see anyone in store, workers were in back.

9:31 p.m., public assist, Wren, house watch issued.

10:05 p.m., city ordinance violation, Turman, pickup with loud exhaust, unable to locate.

September 28

9:19 a.m., information, Minwood, request for officer to search daughter’s vehicle.

12:39 p.m., motor vehicle accident, University at Edwards, truck and trailer in middle of road, towed.

1:28 p.m., assist other agency, N. Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, vehicle driving in and out of traffic, unable to locate.

1:35 p.m., criminal mischief, 1000 blk S. Pacific, woman put knife into ATM causing damage.

2:11 p.m., information, Read, request to speak to officer about subject coming onto property.

2:19 p.m., information, Edwards at University, neighbors across street yelling, officer determined no threat was made.

5:18 p.m., information, E. Front, multiple subjects around station and playground, subjects left area, directed patrol advised.

5:31 p.m., welfare concern, Gerald, unable to contact sister for three weeks, officer made contact and subject’s phone was hacked.

7:14 p.m., information, Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, tree branch in roadway, cleared.

9:06 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, report of loud music in parking lot, unable to locate.

9:47 p.m., warrant service, 100 blk E. Commerce, arrested Charles Rosser.

10:18 p.m., information, N. Pacific, subject requested EMS.

10:38 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, EMS requested assistance.

11:09 p.m., unknown offense, 300 blk Greenville, subject came to police station and reported he thought someone switched his medications, went with EMS.

11:37 p.m., assist other agency, NE Loop 564, assist sheriff’s office with search.

September 29

12:31 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 1200 blk S. Pacific, worker at location.

3:11 a.m., public assist, 200 blk N. Pacific, semi in middle of road with no headlights, mechanical issues.

5:35 a.m., public assist, 100 blk E. Front, person approached about missing person but lacking details.

5:42 a.m., public assist, 100 blk Landers, large branch in road, cleared.

9:58 a.m., disturbance, 900 blk University, no vehicle blocking roadway and no one home.

10:21 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 900 blk University, vehicle speeding, parked upon officer arrival, will check area throughout the day.

11:46 a.m., subject stopped, 300 blk Greenville, elderly male with walker, left at residence.

2:30 p.m., warrant service, S. Johnson, no contact.

2:38 p.m., warrant service, W. Kilpatrick, no contact.

2:54 p.m., welfare concern, Second, subject with medication issue went with EMS.

3:01 p.m., criminal mischief, Brenda, back door of residence open.

3:50 p.m., information, Brenda, eviction information, referred to justice of the peace.

3:57 p.m., reckless driver, Hwy. 69 north of city limits, high speed and weaving in and out, unable to locate.

6:59 p.m., unsecured area, W. Hwy. 80, report of three men throwing rocks at business, no offense occurred.

7:56 p.m., information, Brenda, concern for residents being evicted.

10:09 p.m., suspicious person, S. Pacific, male looking into cars and businesses.

September 30

1:22 a.m., information, Goodson Cir., vehicle repossession.

2:20 a.m., unsecured area, S. Johnson, unlocked door, secured by owner.

10:05 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, accidental.

10:43 a.m., welfare concern, E. Commerce, two small children in running vehicle, crying, with no adult in sight. Officer stopped vehicle and advised mother of law.

1:51 p.m., city ordinance violation, 1800 blk N. Pacific, off road vehicle with four people, unable to locate.

3:28 p.m., information, NW Loop 564, phone missing.

3:51 p.m., unknown offense, Inwood, family members arguing.

7:01 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 900 blk E. Broad, Jacob Conley of Denton arrested for Ector County warrant.

7:39 p.m., assault, Brenda Lane, reported by nurse at Tyler hospital.
