7:36 a.m., civil matter, W. Broad, vehicle accident in parking lot overnight, no report.

8:01 a.m., unknown offense, W. Patten, subject not acting right and expelled from property, EMS cleared subject.

9:51 a.m., unknown offense, W. Patten, party pinned down by same subject and hit several times, parties separated.

11:33 a.m., unknown offense NE Loop 564, backpack found in bathroom, possibly with marijuana in it, recovered.

7:38 p.m., assist other agency, E. Broad, unconscious patron.

9:45 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Newsom, loud noise, advised coming from rodeo.

July 10

12:07 a.m., disturbance, Wigley, yelling and shouting since 8 p.m., female claimed she was shoved, male said verbal only, no criminal offense.

10:00 a.m., civil matter, S. Newsom, property dispute.

11:14 a.m., information, E. Front at S. Pacific, cooler on corner.

2:19 p.m., alarm, Park Central, unoccupied vehicle, everything appears secure.

5:02 p.m., assist other agency, Walnut, unresponsive male, refused EMS after Narcan administered.

10:07 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Park Central, subjects were pulled over texting.

10:43 p.m., public assist, E. Kilpatrick, party wanted to speak to officer who drove by residence.

July 11

1:26 a.m., suspicious persons, 1200 blk N. Pacific, two kids on bikes in parking lot, parents taking children home.

4:38 a.m., suspicious person, W. Loop 564, putting items in vehicle at construction zone, everything OK.

5:20 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, alarm deactivated.

5:26 a.m., suspicious vehicles, N. Pacific, construction work.

8:33 a.m., motorist assist, 500 blk W. Broad, locked keys in vehicle, opened.

9:33 a.m., found property, S. Pacific.

10:01 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, employee advised everything OK.

10:08 a.m., theft, Sycamore, trailer missing, not stolen, impounded by wrecker service.

12:03 p.m., information, E. McDonald, computer hacked, advised to disconnect and take to repair shop.

1:02 p.m., unsecured area, 700 blk Wigley, open front door, no damage found, directed patrol issued.

1:54 p.m., assist other agency, S. Johnson, possible overdose, subject transported to Quitman hospital.

6:28 p.m., public assist, 1100 blk S. Pacific, debris in roadway, removed.

10:07 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 400 blk S. Pacific, Kenneth Joshua Haynes arrested for warrant and possession of marijuana.

11:17 p.m., suspicious person, Edwards at University, female in bushes yelling, unable to locate.

11:38 p.m., alarm, N. Newsom, alarm company canceled.

July 12

2:16 a.m., disturbance, Second, sheriff’s office reported subject claimed had been a disturbance, residents advised had been no disturbance.

6:15 a.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, subject trying to get into vacuum coin mechanism and going through trash, arrested James Mitchell Sadler.

12:01 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, male and female verbally fighting in parking lot.

12:53 p.m., welfare concern, Cheek, party concerned female being evicted is not caring for child and trashing property.

1:56 p.m., assault, Goodson Cir., follow up report from Adult Protective Services.

8:51 p.m., disturbance, Belcher, subject throwing limbs on property, threatened, verbal only.

9:17 p.m., assist other agency, Inwood, EMS call.

July 13

8:43 a.m., information, N. Pacific at E. Broad, white bag in street, street department advised.

9:52 a.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, damaged vehicle to be picked up for elderly woman nearly totaled, accident occurred at Loop 564 and FM 1801, vehicle may have hit several signs.

10:19 a.m., suspicious person, 200 blk S. Pacific, subject going door-to-door trying to sell equipment and tools, unable to locate.

10:35 a.m., motor vehicle accident, S. Pacific at Freeman, two vehicles, no injuries.

2:37 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, subject refuses to park in a parking spot, subject will be moving out of the way.

3:37 p.m., city ordinance violation, W. Broad at N. Johnson, two males skateboarding on sidewalk, subjects will leave area.

8:43 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Front at Stone, truck driving erratically, unable to locate.

July 14

5:36 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, store is secure.

9:06 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Loop 564, three vehicles.

9:50 a.m., assist other agency, Laura, subject with cut on arm, left with EMS.

1:13 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, lost prescription reported.

2:19 p.m., suspicious person,NE Loop 564, subject asking for money, waiting for a ride to leave.

3:59 p.m., sexual assault, 300 blk Greenville, party’s grandson saying party’s son assaulted him.

5:40 p.m., unknown offense, 1400 blk W. Broad, couple fighting in front of business, no crime occurred, parties separated.

5:42 p.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, subject causing a scene inside business because son was fired, no crime occurred, parties separated.

5:50 p.m., unknown offense, 300 blk Greenville, spoke to subject previously about scam, nothing police can do since subjected responded about gift cards.

8:31 p.m., unknown offense, Edwards, kids on property with skateboards, have torn up property in past, kids advised to stay off property.

10:55 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Pacific, unsecured door, secured.

11:26 p.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, subject went with EMS.

July 15

12:22 a.m., assist other agency, Second, electrical sparks under home, homeowner advised to shut off power.

12:14 p.m., public assist, S. Johnson, vehicle blocking alley, not at location when officer arrived.

1:58 p.m., city ordinance violation, NE Loop 564, woman and two girls begging for money at location entrance, asked to leave.

3:06 p.m., alarm, W. Broad, false alarm.

4:36 p.m., unknown offense, 300 blk Greenville, party requests criminal trespass to be filed on previous business owner on Pacific.

7:34 p.m., motorist assist, 600 blk W. Broad, vehicle broken down behind business, vehicle secure, driver given ride.

Officers also made 38 traffic stops and eight animal control calls.
