Mineola Police Report
Aug. 7
12:12 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 500 blk W. Front, vehicle parked in front of house under construction, person in vehicle is standing watch at the site.
12:28 a.m., alarm, S. Johnson, owner advised wrong code entered when locking up.
9:47 a.m., burglary, 600 blk W. Broad, subject had photo of suspect, would not file report.
3:32 p.m., welfare concern, W. Front at S. Stone, kids playing in drainage ditch, officer advised kids in no danger.
5:19 p.m., city ordinance violation, McWhorter, subjects riding four-wheelers, officer advised one four-wheeler operator told to take the vehicle home.
5:34 p.m., harassment, N. Newsom, two juveniles harassing subject, gone upon officer arrival.
6:04 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific at Pat, subject walking being followed by pickup, then got into vehicle, unable to locate.
10:07 p.m., welfare concern, Phillips, ER nurse reported subject left with IV still in, subject located and everything OK, just ready to be discharged after waiting four hours.
10:39 p.m., public assist, 900 blk W. Patten, fire in field next to high school, fire department advised.
10:44 p.m., driving while intoxicated, N. Pacific, female subject appeared to be intoxicated, left location, unable to locate.
Aug. 8
12:58 a.m., vehicle stop and arrest, 200 bk E. Blair, Samuel Nevarez arrested for driving while intoxicated.
10:43 a.m., alarm, S. Johnson, owner on scene.
12:22 p.m., unsecured area, E. Commerce, nothing out of place.
3:00 p.m., information, W. Broad, subject wanted copy made of photo.
4:54 p.m., harassment, N. Pacific, white male harassing people in parking lot, criminal trespass warning issued.
8:43 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Newsom, heard loud noise like gunshot, unable to locate.
9:59 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 37 at CR 2426, vehicle hit hog.
10:38 p.m., suspicious person, 300 blk Krause, subject thinks someone is in house.
11:23 p.m., city ordinance violation, 1800 blk N. Pacific, loud music, unable to locate.

1:36 a.m., suspicious person, Dubose at University.
4:23 a.m., assist other agency, Autumn Wind, assist EMS with patient.
8:12 a.m., burglary, W. Broad, property broken into several times, subject wants to file charges.
8:56 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, male and female fighting, no signs of physical abuse.
9:56 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 600 blk W. Kilpatrick, two vehicles.
Aug. 10
4:11 a.m., drug offense, Debby, subject reported possible drug deal, officer advised no crime committed.
5:49 a.m., unknown offense, Debby, 911 call, line left open, unable to locate subject.
7:21 a.m., alarm, W. Loop 564, employees.
8:39 a.m., assist other agency, 300 blk E. Broad, direct traffic for water department.
10:39 a.m., assault, Gerald, family members, no assault just threats, advised to contact juvenile probation.
11:46 a.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564.
4:20 p.m., assist other agency, Harris, neighbors rolled vehicle in ditch, on private property.
6:34 p.m., public assist, W. Broad, subject seeking ride to Wills Point, unable to locate.
7:04 p;.m., suspicious person, 100 blk NE Loop 564, male subject acting strangely, subject left store.
11:03, suspicious person, 1100 blk N. Newsom, subject pulled up to several RVs.
Aug. 11
12:05 a.m., disturbance, 1200 blk N. Pacific, one subject transported by EMS.
12:13 p.m., criminal mischief, N. Line, windows broken in gazebo, directive patrol issued.
12:48 p.m., fraud, 100 blk NE Loop 564, problems returning cell phone.
12:49 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk NE Loop 564, car in handicap spot, unable to locate.
1:25 p.m., suspicious person, 1600 blk N W Loop 564, subject falling down, yelling at motorists, subject calling friend to take her home.
2:29 p.m., assist other agency, N. Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, mobile home off trailer in ditch.
4:25 p.m., information, N. Graham, subject wanted in robbery identified on bicycle, unable to locate.
4:44 p.m., reckless driver, 1200 blk N. Pacific, passing on shoulders, unable to locate.
6:47 p.m., alarm, Brenlind, homeowner did not have password, everything OK.
8:05 p.m., theft, S. Pacific, male subject attempted to steal items, left in unknown direction.
9:37 p.m., public assist, E. Front, subject locked keys in vehicle.
Aug. 12
12:40 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, building appears secure.
2:20 a.m., unsecured area, E. Commerce, unsecured door, building cleared and no signs of criminal activity.
7:31 a.m., alarm, W. Loop 564, worker on location.
9:00 a.m., welfare concern, 400 blk N. Greenville, elderly man walking north, advised walking per doctor’s orders.
10:16 a.m., motor vehicle, 1400 blk S. Pacific, three vehicles.
11:01 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk NE Loop 564, two vehicles.
1:07 p.m., unsecured area, McDaniels at Pacific, open door, unable to locate.
1:23 p.m., fraud, E. Broad, money missing from bank account.
Aug. 13
8:53 a.m., motor vehicle accident, Front at Stone, two vehicles.
5:06 p.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, juvenile subjects concealing items, store did not wish to press charges, released to guardians.
5:13 p.m., suspicious person, W. Front, subject attempting to get on train for free, left walking south.
9:06, suspicious persons, N. Newsom, subjects not leaving at closing time, left property.
10:26 p.m., assist other agency, 800 blk N. Johnson, EMS transported subject who fell.
10:43 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Nature Preserve, subjects advised they were taking photos.
11:51 p.m., public assist, Debby, 911 call hangup, child knocked phone off.
Officers also made 87 traffic stops and nine animal control calls.
