April 3

12:08 a.m., drunken male, N. Pacific, man who appears intoxicated urinating in alley, unable to locate.

2:18 a.m., unsecured area, Holland at Boundary, door open, nothing appears disturbed.

3:03 a.m., assault, Meredith, three females fighting, one subject bleeding and possibly unconscious, injured subject reported trying to stop other two from fighting, fell and hit head, also was intoxicated, no charges.

3:27 a.m., attempted suicide, N. Line, possible overdose, left voluntarily with EMS.

6:06 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, hospital called to notify that subject from prior call requesting to leave.

10:12 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, speeding and passing in no-passing zone and shoulder, unable to locate.

10:38 a.m., found property, 1300 blk N. Pacific, subject contacted and wallet returned.

11:17 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, seeking information about protective order.

2:18 p.m., city ordinance violation, burning leaves, advised to put out and get permit.

9:03 p.m., suspicious person, 200 blk N. Johnson, person attempting to access property, advised person was at wrong location.

11:56 p.m., city ordinance violation, Second, loud music, music turned down.

April 4

7:33 a.m., disorderly conduct, NE Loop 564, woman yelling at subject, ex-girlfriend of subject’s boyfriend, second time in a week, observed on surveillance video, requested criminal trespass warning, unable to contact subject.

10:39 a.m., welfare concern, McDaniel, 911 hang up, no contact made.

1:01 p.m., city ordinance violation, Country Club, burning brush pile, expired permit.

2:01 p.m., escort, Baker and McDaniels, birthday parade.

4:06 p.m., civil matter, E. McDonald, subject staying with party, asked to leave, unable to retrieve belongings.

4:32 p.m., disturbance, Bromberg, verbal disturbance.

4:51 p.m., city ordinance violation, English, loud music, music turned down.

5:36 p.m., city ordinance violation, music turned back up at prior location on English, officer advised music not loud.

6:48 p.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, suspect left store with boxes of alcohol.

6:56 p.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, suspect was stopped by employee and paid for merchandise.

7:06 p.m., disturbance, E. Broad, male subject cursing, left prior to officer arrival, unable to locate.

8:18 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at Loop 564, road rage issue coming from Quitman on Hwy. 37, one party stopped and displayed gun, officer stopped suspect vehicle and located handgun, handed over to deputies, reporting party did not wish to pursue charges.

10:40 p.m., city ordinance violation, Hogg, noise complaint, unable to locate.

10:56 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, driving slowly, officer did not observe violation.

11:20 p.m., assault, Hogg, subject reported suspect threw hot coffee in face, arrested James Darren Haley.

April 5

4:46 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 500 blk Goodson, unfamiliar vehicle in driveway, no offense occurred.

6:14 a.m., reckless driver, 1200 blk N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

10:28 a.m., theft, Autumn Wind Court, ex-employee removed materials.

10:30 a.m., motorist assist, 600 blk E. Broad, vehicle moved out of roadway.

1:03 p.m., information, Goodson, subject seeking information about gun laws.

1:05 p.m., suspicious person, unknown person texting reporting party, directive patrol issued.

2:50 p.m., civil matter, Sycamore, ex-girlfriend broke into residence and took property, party does not wish to file charges, wants subject told not to come back.

2:59 p.m., theft, sisters fighting about money taken from boyfriend’s truck, parties separated, no signs of physical assault.

3:23 p.m., criminal mischief, E. Broad, windows broken out, two locations.

6:19 p.m., suspicious person, Wigley, subject pointing gun at passing vehicle, BB gun, written warning issued.

7:57 p.m., suspicious vehicles, Bromberg, four wheelers racing, unable to locate.

8:19 p.m., suspicious persons, Nature Preserve, party trying to lock up and persons still at location, family leaving premises.

8:32 p.m., welfare concern, 100 blk NE Loop 564, fired employee sitting in vehicle, left location.

April 6

1:19 a.m., suspicious persons, Phillips, several unknown persons in area, one dragging ice chest, unable to locate.

8:35 a.m., theft, E. Broad, gas drive off, located at nearby business, agreed to pay for gas.

8:53 a.m., welfare concern, W. Patten, request to check on child, no one at residence.

11:44 a.m., civil matter, Cage, sheet rock damage at rental property, referred civil matter to justice of the peace.

1:26 p.m., information, South, vehicle repossession.

1:38 p.m., Elliott, information, subject reported giving out personal information by phone, advised to contact bank. 

1:49 p.m., disturbance, University, suspect assaulting female, verbal only, parties separated.

2:00 p.m., terroristic threat, 200 blk Cage, subject reported being threatened and is seeking names for lawsuit.

4:17 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E. Broad, two vehicles, no injuries.

4:44 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, unable to maintain lane and ran subject off road, unable to locate.

5:50 p.m., disturbance, W. Kilpatrick, neighbors yelling and cursing subject, verbal only.

7:44 p.m., information, 1100 blk N. Pacific, officer removing debris from roadway.

7:51 p.m., suspicious persons, Phillips, no offense occurred.

11:12 p.m., suspicious person, Pegues, suspect reportedly tried to open resident’s door, unable to locate.

April 7

1:30 a.m., suspicious person, 1000 blk S. Pacific, subject attempted to purchase alcohol,  left on foot, arrested James Darren Haley.

12:59 p.m., assist other agency, Wigley, assist EMS.

2:31 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, 18 wheeler unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

2:37 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Kilpatrick at Cheek, vehicle ran off road damaging property.

2:39 p.m., public assist, 100 blk NE Loop 564, vehicle unlock.

3:55 p.m., welfare concern, Church, 911 call, child playing with phone.

4:24 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, accidentally set off.

6:11 p.m., disturbance, Sycamore, party reported being attacked by family member, called back and canceled call.

8:24 p.m., suspicious person, Nature Preserve, subject picking up son and leaving.

8:38 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, driver left scene.

8:58 p.m., suspicious person, 100 blk NE Loop 564, arrested Berret Wayne Stanberry.

April 8

4:22 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject seeking used car dealer that has not issued title to vehicle, unable to confirm local business.

8:16 a.m., N. Pacific, suspicious person, person asleep in vehicle, waiting for help for vehicle issues.

9:04 a.m., fraud, Sue, filed for unemployment in person’s name.

10:33 a.m., suspicious person, Cage, suspect drove through drive through at city hall.

11:37 a.m., theft, Cage, also called about threats and that someone poisoned animal, would not report either offense to officer.

1:13 p.m., motor vehicle accident, S. Pacific, in parking lot, no injuries.

1:18 p.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific at Loop 564, subject stopping traffic, unable to locate.

1:39 p.m., reckless driver, N. Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, speeding, two vehicles matching description located and both were driving safely.

3:51 p.m., criminal mischief, N. Pacific, vehicle spray painted.

5:38 p.m., disorderly conduct, Broad, pickup playing loud music, vehicle left area.

6:44 p.m., public assist, E. Broad at Pacific, vehicle in intersection with hazard lights on, unable to locate.

6:55 p.m., welfare concern, 300 blk Greenville, made contact with subject and everything OK.

7:37 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, possible injured subject, subject located and was not responsive to most questions and would not provide name, would not go with EMS and did not want help.

8:30 p.m., suspicious person, Stone, vehicle in roadway and subject in front of house.

8:58 p.m., information, Country Club, reporting party’s son’s girlfriend will not return vehicle, civil matter.

9:11 p.m., information, Emily, out-of- county police agency seeking information on subject’s location.

9:18 p.m., theft, Second, school board election signs taken from yard.

9:38 p.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, retrieved items that subject attempted to steal, no charges.

11:36 p.m., criminal mischief, Goodson, directive patrol set up.

April 9

1:53 a.m., suspicious person, 2200 blk N. Pacific, subject in parking lot not responding, refused to leave with family member, arrested.

8:12 a.m., welfare concern, 200 blk Lakeside, canceled call.

11:06 a.m., public assist, W. Broad, truck blocking driveway, officer found truck not on reporting party’s property and not blocking driveway.

1:14 p.m., University, fraud, filing false unemployment claim.

4:01 p.m., reckless driver, 1400 blk W. Broad, vehicle almost caused three accidents, unable to locate.

4:52 p.m., information, Turman, subject signing criminal trespass warning.

5:07 p.m., information, Sycamore, getting criminal trespass warnings from prior call signed.

5:18 p.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk S, Pacific, driving on opposite side of roadway and making gestures, unable to locate.

5:53 p.m., public assist, W. Broad, seeking information on parking truck for the night.

8:32 p.m., information, N. Pacific, possible wanted subject.

8:40 p.m., drug offense, Meredith, nothing located.
