Mineola girls golf team tees off in state tournament Monday
The Lady Jackets of Mineola High School tee off at the ShadowGlen Golf Club in Manor, east of Austin, Monday morning, May 10 for the Class 3A state championship.
Mineola will be with the last group off the tenth tee, starting at 9:10 a.m.
Valerie Moreland goes off first, with Allie Hooton at 9:20, Savannah Lopez at 9:30, Sunni Ruffin at 9:40 and Ava Johnson at 9:50.
They will be paired with girls from Columbus and West high schools.
The second round tee times on Tuesday will be set based on Monday’s results.
Twelve teams and 12 medalists will be vying for state titles.
